Put order in and was 40 min later that estimated. Called to verify 10 minutes after it was supposed to arrive and wasn't even ready for pickup. Glad there's more choices in FDL.

The food here is absolutely disgusting. The last 3 times I’ve ordered it has made me ill. This last time I took a bite and immediately got sick to my stomach.

They made the wrong order and the pizza was cold

My boy keven is a dawg, helped me open my strawberry lemonade that was tighter than my schedule on a Friday afternoon. Waited for us because we didn’t know what we wanted (so much aura gained). And he was working alone and was very efficient. Promote my boy Keven and give him a raise. I love his beard it reminds me of Santa Claus.

Great experience at Pizza Hut! The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Manager Aaron was super friendly and made sure everything was perfect. Definitely coming back!!!!!!!!!!

Service is number one when you call and tell them specific details and they just ignore those details completely tells me that they do not care. This location has lost my business permanently.

Ordered for carryout and when I got there, they notified me that they had made the wrong size and were already making the correct one. They even gave me the incorrect one for free. Totally unexpected but 100% appreciated.

Absolutely will NEVER order from this place again. I put in a ONLINE order for a later time, due to my work break times. Around the time it SHOULD have been delivered I called and they said “it’s still in the oven” well I had to cancel the order which upset me as I didn’t pack a lunch. The lady behind the counter didn’t even seem sorry or bothered or trying to make everything right. Then when hanging up got real snarky and goes “welllll byeeee” absolutely rude and worst service ever.

If I could give negative numbers I would. Absolutely horrible. Ordered pizza for my staff before I left for the night. Confirmation said it would be delivered around 5:15 was ordered at 4:33 finally received a call at 6:42 saying they were delivering it. Absolutely horrible and will not be ordering again ever. I asked the delivery person to have a manager call me we will see if that happens
