The food and service are good. But they had no ice whatsoever for their soda dispenser. Hopefully, they got that problem solved soon after we left

Listen, I’ve worked fast food half of my life. I understand when it’s busy, you don’t have time to take orders right away. That’s not the problem. The drive thru taking a long time I understand to an extent, however, once I finally got my food, I was missing something (the past 5+ times I’ve been here, something has been missing). I went inside to get my missing item, and stood in line for maybe 30 minutes with other people. We were not acknowledged once. All I needed was my missing item, but since I wasn’t even acknowledged, I wasn’t given an opportunity to say all I need is my missing item because all the employees were busy. I was here for a total of probably an hour. When I’ve worked on a busy day, I acknowledge the customers and assure them that I will be with them shortly. It was just a terrible experience. Please work on customer service. The food was great, though!

Quality of the food was not the same as it used to be. Also, the French fries were terrible and very expensive. I will never go back there again.

I pick up door dash here and I always wait even if the foods ready, I have to wait to be served as I look at on counter for minutes
