Can't beat a popeyes chicken sandwhich in my opinion. Staff was friendly and when my food was taking a while they gave me a free drink!

Ok so this is gonna be confusing because they were out of literally everything i ordered aside from the chicken. I just got off work and my wife and I went to popeyes to get some dinner. Now my wife only likes the fries and mashed potatoes so I ordered a five peice spicy tender large combo with mashed potatoes and gravy, cajun fries, and a sweet tea. I also ordered a cup of gravy (if you know you know) We get to the window and the worker looks very worried and proceeds to tell me they are out of sweet tea. I reasurred him that it was ok and a coke would be fine. He then comes to the window again and says they are out of mashed potatoes. My wife and I are somewhat laughing at the awkwardness of the situation and i tell him double fries would be fine. He com3s to the window a 3rd time to tell us they turned the fryers off and have no fries. At this point my wife and I are hysterically laughing along with the worker. He says they have mac and cheese which is good with me. Once again he's at the window telling us they dont have any gravy. Cue breathless laughter. Oh My God. 🤣. He was amazing and very patient with our shenanigans, and we settled on the chicken with mac and cheese and red beans and rice with a coke. This has got to be the most hilarious interaction we have ever had at any fast food joint. I really needed a good laugh after th day I had at work and Popeyes provided. My wife and I will definitely return hopefully at a more reasonable hour LMFAO🤣🤣🤣

I went in through drive through this afternoon and it was very busy judging by the parking lot but my host Kamsiyochukkwu was super sweet on the intercom and she actually informed me there was going to be a wait before I paid which they usually don't do till after I paid and I agreed to wait because I had time today and she even gave me a free pie and I enjoyed my fresh chicken!

My wings were perfectly seasoned. It's the first time I've received such a perfect order for my dinner. I explained to the girl at the drive-thru and she completely understood the vibe. She was friendly and helpful. I love to see Latinos back in the store.

The best customer service I’ve ever had at a Popeyes! Robin was the sweetest and Kevin made the BEST spicy chicken I’ve had in a long time! We will definitely be back. Highly recommend this location

Went to get a number 3 sandwich combo and they told me that I could not get a the sauce I wanted for my sandwich. I have done it before and even when I worked here we just charge them for the sauce
This is very wrong plus staff is definitely not friendly and had more than one employee trying to talk though the microphone

I order through DoorDash from Popeyes someTIMES and, every time without fail they forget at least 1 item. It’s frustrating when you’re excited for a meal but it can never turn out right. I ordered the $16 for 2 deal and had my boyfriend call to ask for honey and hot sauce because there is no option online. They said okay and all was well until my food was delivered and it wasn’t what I asked. I called back and the manager Alexis first stated it would be hard because it was a DoorDash then she said I could come back and grab the condiments. I obviously asked for it all to be remade because DoorDash already takes time delivering and my food would be cold by the time I got back and in return I’d give the meal I already had back. She then paused and decided that was fine. It definitely felt like she didn’t want to do it but I was crying on the phone because of how frustrating it is for every order by them to be wrong. In the end she did give me a whole new meal but honestly I’ll never return or order from this place again they have no consistency and are very dull in the face and tone of voice when talking to customers.

Like I said before best chicken I've had in a while went here at night with a couple of friends and were from Milwaukee and we all agreed that it was the best 👌
