The team is amazing here! I put in an order for one of the big coffee travelers for a meeting this morning, and when I got there they were ready for me and smiling! I had to order 15 bakery items and they moved quickly, despite being in rush hour, and even offered for me to take free drinks instead of throwing them away because people left them behind. Order pick up was great but the food was cold and the ice melted in my drink when I picked it up. It took forever to get my order because the line was so backed up took about 8-10 mins just to pick an order up. Avoid ordering through the app here

C'mon Starbucks. You are better than this! As a Mom of littles I'm already under caffeinated and every once in a while I like to treat myself. PSL's are back- of course I need one! I ordered a venti, got to work and grabbed my drink. This is what I received. I know times are tough for everyone, but if I wanted a grande I would've ordered one.

literally spend $7+ everyday at the same store due to a busy lifestyle. several workers know that i come everyday and yet very inconsistent it will have too much and be spilling everywhere or like today where they don’t even fill the cup nearly to the top. for as much money spent this should not be an issue. It keeps happening and i’m now done spending my money there.
