Waited 25 minutes for my order to be told they didn’t have the bread I ordered even tho the guy brought some out while I was standing there. I ordered online, waited 25 minutes to pick up, waited 15 minutes in the store while he talked to his boss? and took his dear sweet time making 2 sandwiches. Absolutely horrible customer service over all.

I ordered for pick up on 5/7 24, 2 blts with extra meat , with onions cucumbers pickles lettuce tomato, toasted, the bun was Rock hard could not even take a bite out of it, the tomatoes were old along with the cucumbers, this is why I don't like to order off the app cause who ever is making the sandwich thinks oh , they won't say anything let's give them the old stuff , it's the worst sandwich gotten from there ???

The girl that was working was great. Unfortunately there are some workers that don't smile and only talk to take the order. What I don't like is when I tip the worker they don't get the amount tipped it is shared with all employees. I tip for the service the person who waited on me during my visit not workers that had nothing to do with the service I got on my visit. The service she gave was great the place was clean and the food was fresh. I wish I knew her name so I could give her the kudos she deserves.

I got there 10 minutes after they opened and they were just starting to set up the food on the make line. The "sandwich artist" gave no greeting and gave a very sluggish reply when I said goodmorning. Once she finished setting all the food up she finally helped me but claimed they were out of meat for the spicy Italian and the Supreme meats subs. I drove out of my way for that specific subway because I thought it was managed well but I'll just go to the one on fond du lac Ave now.
Parking is cramped. The counter lady's tone, facial expressions, argumentative attitude, saying strange personal comments, was awkward to mildly patronizing. Made ordering unpleasant. The food was fine. Hated the ordering process. If traveling through town and headed towards Fond du Lac go to Walmart, Subway inside is great ?
