The restaurant is beautiful, and our server was prompt and attentive. Unfortunately, the food was terrible. The french onion soup had virtually no taste, except it was somewhat sweet. We couldn't eat it. The ceasar salad dressing was spicy and tasted so strongly of horseradish that it was barely edible. The chicken sandwich was extremely dry. I'm not sure what went wrong here, but this really bad.

1st time here and had the privilege of getting a brand new server, Dovie that did an amazing job for her 1st night. She was fun and engaged with our group. Food and drinks were also great.

First off: kudos to marcus the bartender for a great cocktail. He was great for being new there.Thats where it ends. Our waitress was so rude and incompetent i had to get up feom my table to order my own wine. She never asked if we needed anything after bringing our food, looked directly at our table 5, yes 5 times to maybe check on us but decided to go to all the other tables. I wanted tonorder dessery but by the time she came around i just wanted to leave. I told my friend not to leave a tip.Now for the food: i was ordered the spotted cow walleye. The outside was overcooked while the breading was mushy on the inside and the fish was so bland i had to stop eating it. The chips they make werent any better. And the coleslaw came out of a bag with way too much sugar in their dressing. When a guest at the hotel has to doordash arbys while sitting at the restaurant you knownits bad. Really super cool experience for my birthday weekend celebration. Would not recommend.I was so upset i had to go back to my room to cry for a while. Never have i ever been treated that way by a waitress anywhere. You get better service at a truck stop diner. I will attach a pic of the martini bc it was delicious. That was the highlight of my "dining" experience

Unfortunate it gets 1 star. The bar is pretty good at making drinks but table one is by no means fine dining not even close. The food is absolutely terrible.

We found this restaurant a very pleasant place to dine. We were staying at the hotel this time but will certainly return at times when we are not. They had a modest size menu which had a great selection. Our two items were absolutely fantastic. Taste, presentation, and value were all there. We will definitely visit the next time we are in town

We took my parents out for a birthday dinner when they came from out of town to visit. The waitress was horrible! First, she spilled two glasses of wine on my 11 year old, soaking her. No apology. She Mixed up our orders. It took an hour for the food to come out. Asked for water, she forgot about it. No drinks with dinner at all. Served salsa with pulled pork when we asked for BBQ, making the food taste terrible. Forgot about clearing plates when she said she would come back, and finally had a bizarre conversation with her about what the dessert was. My family had a discussion with her about the apple cobbler she said they had for the night. Then at the end she confirmed we all wanted the pumpkin pie and said she never stated they had apple cobbler. Recommend dining elsewhere! Contacted the management to discuss without response.

We took my parents out for a birthday dinner when they came from out of town to visit. The waitress was horrible! First, she spilled two glasses of wine on my 11 year old, soaking her. Thankfully, she mixed up the actual order and brought white wine instead of the red that we ordered, so at least we were able to save her clothes. She Mixed up our orders. Tried this restaurant since we were staying at the hotel and had eaten at a few of the downtown restaurants before. We were a party of five and the restaurant had very few filled tables. That being said , it took about 90 minutes to get our dinners. The service was incredibly slow, even our drink orders. One hostess, one server, one bartender—probably very few in kitchen! Once we got our food—-it was very good but not a place I'd return to until the service gets a lot better!

Waitress couldn't answer any question about menu, had to go back to kitchen every single time. Took forever to get drinks refilled. Ice cream duo with candied pecans was on point however!

I’m fairly shocked by the reviews, I stayed at the Retlaw overnight and decided to order food 20 minutes before they closed and it was phenomenal. I ordered the sirloin, mashed potatoes, broccolini, and the pie, everything was great. Cooked perfectly and all tasted amazing. I almost left to grab food because of the reviews, but definitely try it for yourself before looking elsewhere!

Incredible slow service and very average food. Waited one hour for our entrees with 4 tables on the entire restaurant.

We found Table One when we stayed at the hotel during our move to Fond du Lac. We have eaten here several times and love the food and staff. The whipped potatoes are amazing and my steak is always perfect. My husband loves the bar and the bartenders are knowledgeable and very friendly. This is our go to restaurant for date night!
