Horrible experience got supreme crunch wrap and it had no meat in it asked for more meat and my husband was told next time ask for extra meat. Well I shouldn't have to ask and pay for extra meat in a dish that is supposed to be 1 scoop full of meat and had none. I should pay regular price for a regular helping of meat not zero meat. And for the man to even say that so out loud I heard it from seat is unacceptable. I try to be very understanding as I've worked that job before but thats just rude and bad business.

Order extra cheese and meat on my loaded beef nachos. The employees in the back put hardly any cheese or meat 9n them. But this is what i get for order extra stuff on them. They refused to add any meat or cheese. So they said they would sell me some nacho cheese. I'm so not impressed with this location .

I went to order like any other normal person would, and the guy working was so sarcastic and rude, FOR NO REASON. My husband even said why do you sound so sarcastic, and the worker replied with a repeat of our order. The guy working the checkout line seemed to be cracked out on god knows what. I would recommend going to the other Taco Bell in town. Seems like this one went down hill pretty fast!

I never get what I want. The service is crap. I never get what ask for and even one round I got no sauce or napkins. Noone cares about their jobs anymore.
The service was terrible today. 11/14/24. My boyfriend n I waited almost 20 mins to be served at the counter. All the workers were doing their own thing not paying attention to us or saying we will be with you in a moment. They practically ignored us. Then they got my order wrong. We will NOT go back to that one again. We will go to the east side one instead.

It's Taco Bell - you know what you're going to get and I've never had a bad experience here. My only complaint is that far too often it's as if the crew forgets that customers can hear everything they are saying or what music they are listening to, and on occasion it has been loud or even inappropriate. But it's fast and the food is always good
