My friend and I were geocaching in the area and opted to stop at this local place for lunch. We approached from the parking lot and an employee stopped us at the door suggesting we go around to the other entrance since I was using my adaptive trike for my handicap. We did as they suggested. We checked the menu and learned we needed to order at the bar - oops, I had no way to get up the step to do so - my friend had to handle ordering. Come to think of it, I also probably couldn’t...
Not a dive bar but... Has a divey feel to it. This is a great thing too. When I say dive bar, I don't mean dirty & sketchy. When I say it, I mean it is an unsuspecting, unpretentious, & easy going place to be. This has all the good vibes of a laid back bar you'd like to have. Darts, some games, & plenty of screens to watch whatever is worth watching at a bar. Haha. The bartenders were all attentive & the service was immediate. To be fair, it was a Thursday...
We’ve honestly never been to a bar/restaurant with such awesome service!! There were had lots of bartenders constantly walking around the bar asking if you needed anything refilling drinks and everyone was so happy and friendly!!! Great atmosphere and location!!!
