Culver’s offers a consistently good experience with professional and friendly staff. The Concrete Mixers, like the chocolate custard with Butterfinger chips, are smooth and delicious. While there may be occasional delays due to high demand, the food quality remains tasty. Recent improvements in service and order accuracy have enhanced the overall dining experience at Culver’s. The place was a mess, with dirty tables throughout the dining room. Customers have experienced incorrect orders and not getting what they paid for. The owner might want to physically be there to supervise and train his employees properly. This location is always less than par customer service compared to other locations.
