“This place is, by far, my favorite bar! They were so inviting and welcoming to a large group of patrons that came in. Cups were never dry, snacks were shared, and we swapped stories and learned things that you don’t get from a ‘first look’. We are from 6 hours away, but plan on stopping in here the next time we are in the area, for sure!“

I am always impressed with the quality what I receive. I've been enjoying these wings for years now. It's been some time now, since I've visited. I've always been able to pick some up when they are in the Watertown area for Riverfest. that is one of the main attractions, for me anyways.To the staff at Wingin' it, I love what you guys do. “I started coming here this week from another establishment just up the road. The place is wonderful. Great professional atmosphere, employees are so professional and outgoing. In 4days, I walk in, and they immediately greet me by name already. Service is outstanding, never waiting or having to ask for anything. And the food, OMG, everything I've tried this week was INCREDIBLE. I highly recommend anyone who hasn't been here, to stop in. You will be going back.“

“We stopped after a Christmas shopping excursion after hrs on a Sunday all of the other restaurants in Jefferson said they are open but were closed. We walked in asked if the kitchen was open and yes we were in like flint. They had a few nice selections on tap and had a Breckenridge vanilla porter delicious. Ordered chicken hot w slaw very good., and the better half had a chick n swiss, mushroom. Very pleasantly surprised. Very low key and nice. Hint get the tray to eat off of it hooks on the bar if you don't sit in the table area.“

They have advertising for discount when you pay with cash, but I wasn't offered a discount off my $62 bill which was paid with cash. Bartender who greeted us was not very friendly, but the server who took over was amazing and offered to take our picture as we were there celebrating my son's birthday.Overall, a great atmosphere - but would like to see better, attentive, customer service...and a discount on my cash bill.“

“My wife and I are senior citizens (with a capital S), but we like to dance, and listen to music that pre-dates "jump-jump" music, if you know what I mean. We have been to Lucy's on several occasions. We usually eat first, then wait for the music. Recently, we saw 2 different groups. Tony Rocker was the first, and was great! the last time we were there, we heard a band called the Fort Nigng Band. While they were warming up it appeared they may be talented musicians. However, as they started to play their first set, the volume went up to the point of painful to our ears. I went over to the man on the sound board, and asked if he had a decibel meter, as sound over 90 decibels over a period is said to cause damage to hearing. He pulled out his cell, and the meter reading was 100-115 decibels! When I asked him to cut it back 10-20, he referred me to another man who was videoing on his phone, When I asked him to lower the sound level, another person, who I thought might be management, was also shouting that others were complaining over the volume as well. We tried to dance the second # after my request, and my wife noticed the hard beats were causing me to wince, We decided to leave, and as we passed the man said to be in control, he suggested we might be happier standing at the far end of the room away from the pand. talking to friends several days later, that had seats in the bar room several feet further from the dance floor, said they found the sound levels uncomfortable as well. The food was good, and the service as good as could be expected, as the room was understaffed. The waiter for our table also seemed to be working both ends of the bar, and serving tables as well, but was polite and attentive.“
