“My friend and I both had the signature Chicken Picatta and shared the smelt. The Picatta was outstanding. The smelt was good but the tarter sauce was even better! Our waitress was fabulous. We went right at opening and were immediately seated. Restaurant filled quickly and then there was a wait. There is a nice cocktail/beer list.Other reviews mention the lack of parking. Don't let that deter you. Just know you'll have to park and walk a little distance.My friend has been here before. It was my first time. Certainly planning to visit again.“
“It was my first time eating at Blue Moon. I should’ve gotten a burger but I ended up getting the California Rueben with waffle fries. Both were very good! I will need to try a burger next time. We went for lunch on Fish Fry Friday, which was obviously pretty busy. Place was packed!“

This has my favorite burger in Madison, the cheesecurd burger, especially if Charlie or Wip makes it ❤️ only complaint is bar machines are really tight, the parking is terrible, and it's always crowded because it's super small. “Ate there while my Sportage was being serviced. Great lunch place. Went back on 11/11 with my better half. It was crazy b/c they do a Badger game day bus. We had 4 cheese grilled cheese w/ fries and a Pooleys beef and cheese sandwich. Both excellent. No leftovers, no pics.“

“It's fine as sports bars go. I've been here twice. The first time was positive, the second time not so much.First occasion my friend and I had a couple of beers each before a concert and no food. The server was super friendly and it's wasn't too busy.Second visit was super packed and I was the first of my group to arrive. I had to grab the first table I could find after a 15 minute wait since it's seat yourself. The server proceeded to put me down for taking a dirty table but it was all that was available. He never wiped it down though, so that was great. After I waited fifteen minutes, he started taking orders from a large group that had come in well after I sat down. They were super nice and told him to serve me first. The food was ice cold when we received it, tasted horrible and the server was generally not likable and apparently in a bad mood. Totally soured me on the place. Not sure if I'd go back based on this experience.“
“Went for a bit to watch the basketball game. Without the patio being open it was quite full and limited seating. The turkey blt was good and the onion rings were great! The pizza here is really good as well! Service was attentive and quick. It was pretty loud with the TV's and people talking/yelling.“
“I had the fish fry with chili and coleslaw. The fish was by far the best part. The coleslaw and chili were ok, but not memorable. The fish was good. I would not go back just for the fish, though.It was surprisingly loud even though there was not a local game on. The pool table needed more room to play, so tables were pushed out of the way, making them unavailable to use.“
“Went in for BINGO on a Wednesday. Expected something totally different when I walked in there. Clean and well kept! Actually love the place. Locals are very friendly as well as the bartender. She was fast and let you know that she would be right with you. They have pizzas and snacks. Nothing wrong with that. If you haven't stopped here you should. Bingo was great“
“Layla's food here is excellent. We went here for dinner last Saturday and had a wonderful Brazilian inspired meal. The lamb was really tender and flavorful, the rice and beans were really tasty, the cheese bites were nice and chewy, and the hearts of palm and avocado salad was probably my favorite part of the meal. This is a nice small neighborhood spot for drinks. I love the labor friendly atmosphere. They also have delicious fries and other bar foods available. The drinks are incredibly affordable too and the bartender was really friendly. Will definitely be back for a Friday fish fry!“
“This was a great sports bar to watch the Packers game, drink some beer and have food. The bartender was fast and he was always aware of the customers. The food was great also! Highly recommend the Hawk’s burger and cheese curds. Overall was a great experience for my first time to Madison!“
“The Red Zone on GameDay was the perfect atmosphere to watch the early game while pre-partying for the Badger football game. Drinks were in the expected price range. It was odd that you could readily get into the building, but they were restricting people from getting into the outdoor beer garden. Thinking it was some weird Madison overregulation. All-in-all, a great place to be on game day.“

“I absolutely love going to 7 Iron Social! It is located downtown Madison right on State Street and is perfect for groups! We've booked a simulator for several birthdays and other special occasions. They have tons of games to choose from on the simulators; golf, baseball, basketball, zombie dodgeball, soccer, and more! It is so much fun when you get a good simulators! We've noticed that some simulators don't work as well or maybe aren't aligned. Some of the equipment they provide is faulty as well. When everything is working well, it's a 5/5 star experience! They also have food and drinks you can purchase while you are playing. I've only tried one of the appetizers but I haven't tried the rest of the food. The appetizer my group got was delicious and the drinks are always good as well. The bartenders and servers are wonderful as well. They are alway super helpful and friendly. They do have happy hour and other specials as well so keep an eye out for those. Overall, if they make sure the simulators are working properly and replace the broken equipment, 7 Iron would be a consistent 5/5 experience in my opinion.“

“My girlfriend and I went to get some food at Wahlburgers and ordering was fast. No line. I had my food surprisingly fast but she had to wait for quite a while. Turns out it was a mix up in the kitchen. It really wasn't a big issue but they comped her meal and upgraded it for free. The cook came out and apologized for the mistake. The food was very good and worth the wait. I told them it was no big deal and we will be coming back for sure !!Parking: They have a good size parking lot. Lots of spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: Seemed to be fully wheel chair accessible.“
“Lots has already been said about this place, but a couple things that I haven't seen as much--1. It is very dark in the dining room and the bulbs are pink/red. Like, I wanted a good look at my burger after I cut it in half to check out the toppings, and I had to turn on my phone's flashlight.2. The menu says that all burgers are cooked to medium unless specified otherwise, but mine arrived with no pink.3. There aren't any seating options that aren't barrel style chairs or booths. The barstools are the same as the chairs, just higher.It's good! I'll go back when I'm in the neighborhood at an off peak time.“
“Great place to bowl and hang out. This is our go to spot for bowling in town. Very reasonable prices. We usually buy 2 hours of bowling and can rent shoes for just a few dollars more. They do have some discount nights and bowling league nights, but we've never had to wait or been unable to bowl.They've also got quite a few arcade/pinball machines, a bar, and outdoor beach volleyball.The only down side is we've occasionally had rowdy and slightly drunk people in the neighboring lanes, and the staff don't really do anything to tamp that down.“

I didn’t try food so I can’t say anything about that, it was a quick visit having some beers and playing pool. Something is little hard to find is the main door, they should fix that for providing a better way to find the place.“
“We sent a fraternity group to a private event on the top floor. Bobbie Jo was very easy to work with, the pricing was fair, and the group absolutely loved it. Great place for a private event, the dj got good reviews, as did the food and drinks, and there was plenty of space for the group. I'd 100% work with them again.“
“I personally had a wonderful experience planning working with Momo's when we had our Lunar New Year on 02/13/24. They exceed expectations from the food that they provided, space, and decorations.
