Sebastian was really sweet but also strict about his job!!!!!!
Although I miss the old Red Shed, we found the new place nice and a bit more upscale compared to partner bar - Wandos. Bartender was friendly and checked on us repeatedly. Seem to have a nice selection of upscale tequila and bourbon.

Jay's, formerly known as The Red Shed, is a new spot in town. The bartender pours a great Guinness, with unblemished white foam and no hint of bitterness. The service is also excellent, with staff going out of their way to help, even lending a shovel to a customer who was snowed-in. Jay's does not serve food, except for popcorn, but it is located near Wando's, where customers can eat. The crowd is an eclectic mix of college students and alumni, Badger sports fans, and locals. Jay's is a great place to watch a game and have fun, with a warning that new memories are ahead. The staff are friendly and deserve to be tipped well. Overall, Jay's is off to a solid start and is a great addition to the area.
