Fried items were perfectly done.
Everything was cooked well, meat was not over-breaded. Surprisingly delightful.
Stopped in Madison for a quick 3-hour trip and had lunch here. Really impressed by their 干锅牛肉 Beef w/ Hot Sauce in Hot Pot. As a Chinese person I can say - Authentic flavor and great value.
