Enjoyed AWESOME breakfast sandwich and signature home fries! Incredible homestyle melty goodness and taters made from scratch like I've never had! It's been a few years since I've been able to dine at The Chalet, and it's as great as ever! Jean's service is INCREDIBLE, and a pleasant reminder of excellence in hospitality. And I bet she'll remember your name forever! What a gem!

We absolutely love the Chalet and the Ripple Coffee Cube! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and the food and drinks are delicious! We’ve never had a bad experience at the Chalet. So happy to have this gem in Fox Lake!

Quaint dining experience. Family mom and pop’s kind of restaurant. I drove all the way from Milwaukee and worth the drive. Fish fry was excellent and I hear the burgers are to kill for. I’ll be back. Bikers… when out looking at leaves as they change, very good destination. There’s even outdoor seating with fire pit. Full bar. Interesting morning coffee drive in. Definitely check this out.
