Deep dish classic was great. The crust was amazing.

Not as good as what I remembered from my last order. Had a personal deep dish pizza. Sausage plentiful but not very flavorful. Biggest difference tomato sauce. My recall was very ample amount with a really fresh acid taste. This order barely detectable. Not sure I'd try again.

Possibly the most flavorless pizza I've ever had. Zero spices, zero everything. It's like they dumped a can of crushed tomatoes on with no garlic, Italian seasonings, salt, nothing. Sausage the same thing. Wow. Complete garbage

Great deep dish pizza great service. They really took care of us when our food got messed up. We will be going back again.

I’m actually a DoorDash person. I’ve not actually had the food but I had an order tonight that I accepted for $27.50 which 2 people there prepared alone. A cook and a manager, so me being me I tried taking them half my tip and the manager dude said no it’s your tip and wouldn’t take it. He deserves his props! More people need to be kind like him! He deserves a raise like ASAP!

I have ordered pizza on 4 different occasions to be delivered to my Glendale condo. The first time my pizza was good. My second occasion was not not a good one. My pizza arrived 35 minutes late and ice cold. Nonetheless the pizza was terrible. I thought this was a fluke so I ordered again. I ordered my pizza with extra pizza sauce. The pizza came with no pizza sauce. I decided to give them one more chance. The delivery driver and I were on the phone a number of times he stated he could not find my condo and was extremely rude. I never got my pizza. I will never order another thing at this place. Service is awful pizza is over priced and is not good. Avoid this place!

Can't beat a Lou's deep dish!

THIS IS NOT A RESTAURANT. IT IS CARRYOUT ONLY. I love Lou’s pizza and was in from out of town, excited to see a Lou’s on our route. But couldn’t eat here because there is no dine-in. Sad panda.

The deep dish is not deep dish. It’s not great, honestly. I don’t recommend if you’re craving deep dish pizza. I haven’t tried the regular pizza, but hopefully that’s better.

Bought a chicago style pizza, taste like frozen pizza bought from walmart. Not fresh. Cheese like plastic bag.

Pizza's were fantastic. Thin crust "the Lou" and a thin spinach. Crust was soft and crunchy on the edges. Sauce was very good, perfect level between sweetness and acidity. Toppings were fresh and plentiful. Added an order of garlic bread with the marinara. Marinara was excellent and flavorful.

Young man at the counter was welcoming and helpful. There were four other customers in store for pickup and he quickly took care of each quickly with his consistent relaxed demeanor.

Will definitely be returning.

This was the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten. Not sure if the staff was new or it was an off day, but both the deep dish pizza and wings were not good. I was excited to try this for the first time and we even tried to warm it up in the oven at home , but we had to throw out 3/4 of the pizza. Noting that I’m not a picky person at all; the whole experience was a bummer.
