Made a recent return to Jose's and had a solid time with the fam. Everyone left full and satisfied. This restaurant is kind of oddly placed, tucked in the back of a parking lot along the highway. Perk is you'll always find parking. When you enter, you immediately get the full Mexican restaurant feel. They serve a very tasty blackened sea bass taco. The accompanying chipotle salsa tasted fresh and authentic. The frozen mango margarita was delicious and had enough tequila but was not too strong.

Food was very good. We especially enjoyed the guacamole made at our table. Only issue was our server disappeared for awhile when we needed our check. Overall we will be back, too good not to.
