I'm sure they're probably having a bad day but they got my sandwich my fries and then it took 45 minutes to an hour to get my soda which eventually I just left because I did not have 45 minutes of time to waste waiting for my soda and the inside was closed so they only had drive-through service so I left but hopefully if if I ever go back to that location hopefully it's a lot better than that because right now no I never want to go back to ever again

I just popped through the drive thru to get a burger and soda. I could hear a conversation the male worker was having with someone else, and he kept asking me to repeat myself. He was obviously not paying attention. Pulled up to pay, and he was on his phone. Pulled forward for my food, and that worker was also on his phone. The burger I got was luke warm at best, but I was already too far to turn around.

I have given this establishment the benefit of the doubt too many times. I am surprised the corporation hasn't pulled the plug on this location. There is always someone extremely rude taking orders. I worry that someone is not wearing gloves, nor washing hands. I wouldn't be surprised that someone is nt spitting in the food.
They literal never can get an order correct. The last 5 visits it’s always something missing or a wrong item.

It was a horrible experience, their was two girls today at 6 who gave us attitude and, acted if they couldn't hear us and then we felt like they spit in our ice cream so we threw it out at the nearest trash can never again.

Updated: 8/1/2023 - Worst local reputation you could have. If Google allowed zero stars, this place would qualify. Simplest of orders will be messed up literally 9 out 10 times. Constant turnover of staff, orders are poorly prepared, no one cares. Better to drive up to Grafton 12 miles away and back to get order right and fries that are cooked.
