I just popped through the drive thru to get a burger and soda. I could hear a conversation the male worker was having with someone else, and he kept asking me to repeat myself. He was obviously not paying attention. Pulled up to pay, and he was on his phone. Pulled forward for my food, and that worker was also on his phone. The burger I got was luke warm at best, but I was already too far to turn around.

Better than the one on Port Washington Rd in Glendale. Their shake and ice cream machine actually works though the service could be better, I prefer this location over most since it's closer.

The person behind the counter told me to use the kiosk, that touchscreen thing. Just wanted one item. Then again, it is McDonald's so keep your expectations low and you are ok.Today was different. Quick service and friendly. Thanks
