It definitely changed in the past 3 months food and service are very good, staff are nice and fast everything is clean inside. Highly recommend this location.
Totally fine place. Chips were overly salty. Tables a bit dirty. Everything else was as expected. I’d come back. They just need to clean the tables a little more often and less salt on the chips. (Could have been a one off)
Good food, but the employees are incredibly rude. The one who checked us out was kind, but the one making the food just gave dirty looks and said nothing. BAD customer service.
This is by far the worst Qdoba in the Milwaukee/Glendale area. The employee on duty in the late evening was extremely rude and speaking rudely in her Spanish-native tongue. She was lording over portions as if she owned the damn food and did not add proper portions at all. I heard my friend tell the employee what to put on my bowl and I still received my bowl with no pico de gallo or corn, which makes for an incredibly nasty bowl. She also indicated that shredded cheese is an extra charge, which it definitely is not. She was so mean and defiant, which was so very unnecessary. Drive the few extra minutes and go to Glendale Qdoba- much better service.
Love the atmosphere of this restaurant! The store was very clean compared to other Qdoba that I have been at. Staff was also friendly and food portions were very good. Highly recommended:)

An incredible experience from start to finish. The food was delicious, with fresh ingredients and a spectacular flavor. The atmosphere is welcoming and the service exceptional; the staff was very friendly and attentive at all times. Without a doubt, a place I will return to and recommend to my friends. Fix well-deserved stars!

I just want to give credit to the woman who found my wallet and held on to it for me and then when I didn’t come to pick it up because I had been out doing uber eats and didn’t realize until I got home I didn’t have it but anyways she called the police station to give it to them and they brought it to my house! Again whoever you were you’re amazing and deserve a raise!!!
I go to Qdoba every week, and have been for years! This time my food was cold!!! I brought it back and the manager and kindly told her and she yelled out to every customer from behind the counter across the lobby, if their food was cold. They said it wasn’t, and she said that since the others customer’s food wasn’t cold, she wouldn’t replace mine! I insisted she did, and so she finally did, but she said I got a phone call and that’s why my food got cold. It is true, but I was eating while I was on the phone, and it was cold then. She said they have cameras throughout the store that will prove how long I was on the phone. She also got one of the other customers involved. Of course I will never go back! All I wanted was my food to be hot; one veggie bowl. Qdoba’s policy must be the customer is always wrong! It’s really too bad, but they ought to be ashamed of themselves!

I use to love this location. New Management is short tempered, and the food is undercooked.
This location is a hit or miss. Today was a hit, so figured I’d give credit where credit is due. Good service (been a while at this location) - no one had an attitude; they weren’t irritated when asking for things on the side or extra things… well mannered. Whoever reads this, please look up who was working on 12/29/24 at 7pm and give them the kudus they deserve:)
I went here recently and it was not a good experience at all. l've been to quite a few different Qdoba and this one has to be the worst! All of the
workers servicing me were extremely rude and I had to keep repeating what I wanted in my bowl, I was the only person in the restaurant which shows they just weren't listening! I ordered a chicken bowl and starting from my rice I got a half scoop of EVERYTHING and the guy was sprinkling on my meat and poured the rest back. I was seriously upset and everyone having a bad attitude I was afraid to ask for more of everything because the first serving wasn't merely enough! I felt intimidated by their dismissive behavior and I was afraid to ask for chips because none were offered to me. I definitely will never EVER be back to this location again!
Update: I went against my better judgment and went back here only because I was in the area and it was snowing (I don’t mind driving way out of my way which is what I usually do) I had two coupons and the manager (Mexican woman dark grey shirt) told me I couldn’t use both my coupons in a single day. Who TF made those rules because they sure as hell aren’t the companies rules! I always go to a specific location and I have NEVER EVER been given any issues regarding me using two coupons. I went and sat in my car and used my other coupon and ordered online. Look at how they put my order together. This is a low quality meal to say the least. I went inside and asked why there wasn’t enough meat and I was told I got two scoops. That looks like one full scoop, the entire staff needs to be fired and start fresh with an entirely new team of professional people. I WILL NEVER EVER GO HERE AGAIN! I’m really going back to Chipotle because I can’t deal with incompetent low quality people.
Went in for a Nacho kids meal was told I can only get 3 toppings, was given not EVEN a half of spoon of meat and also was told I have to be 12 and under next time I order that meal. How do they know I’m not ordering the meal for my 12 and under child. I simply declined the meal and walked out….Just lost my business will NEVER return. 👎🏽
