Pumpkin Sandwich Cookies: These have been on my pumpkin treats to to try list for a few autumns now. With there being so many treats and such little time I've never gotten around to getting them. This year I prioritized them, but were they worth it? Opening the container I was greeted by an aroma that was not unlike a good pumpkin pie. Each package comes with a whopping 16 cookies.
