“Everything is awesome...I know it's hard to believe but it's true. Their candor is dope, Devin is a wizard of brewed things and trust me, the bagels (everything bagel is my fav), croissants, macrons & bread loaves (the pizza bread is amazing for grilled cheese sandwiches) are fantastic. The new breakfast toasts are also worth checking out too. Below is a "pop tart" they made last week and I never knew a pop tart could be elevated but WOW. Awesome.“

The food options are wonderful and all taste amazing and their presentation is beautiful. “Upon entering the restaurant, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained it appeared. To my surprise, the owner himself was the one greeting customers at the door, which I found to be a very welcoming touch. I decided to order the Zinger, as it was recommended by my wife. I must say, she was right - the sandwithc was absolutely delicious! As an added bonus, the owner even offered me a free beverage, which I thought was a very kind gesture.As I was getting ready to leave the restaurant, the owner approached me to ask for feedback on the food. He specifically wanted to know how he could improve the experience for my next visit. I gave him a few suggestions based on my own preferences, and he was very attentive, taking notes on what I had to say. I was impressed by his willingness to listen and make changes based on customer feedback.Overall, I had a great experience at the restaurant. The food was fantastic, the owner was very friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. I wish the restaurant continued success and look forward to my next visit.“

“Went to this deli/bakery and picked up hot ham/rolls and potato salad. This place definitely is one of the top places to go for this Milwaukee Sunday tradition. The ham was tasty and the rolls were AMAZING and the salad tasted homemade. Also have to say that the service was the best. There were plenty of friendly staff on hand and my wait to be served was minutes (honestly been places that I’ve waited an hour to get served on a Sunday morning). Noticed that they have homemade meatballs on certain days of the weeks plus several other Italian dishes I’ve always wanted to try. The Italian cookie selection looked wonderful (another thing I’ve got to try) I am positive I’ll be back!!! Really found a gem (totally by accident too...I had originally been trying to go to another facebook recommendation for hot ham and rolls but got the address incorrect). This is a mistake I am so glad I made :). Highly recommend this neighborhood deli!“

“Came here for a quick stop on our way to Port Washington. The food was excellent and the variety of pastries just like back home on the island. The workers here top notch. Had a great time and wish we could come more often but we are from Chicago and the distance doesn't allow us visit here more often but I recommend to all who are looking for authentic Puerto Rican cuisine.“

“We used the Greige Patisserie for our November 2023 wedding in Oconomowoc, WI. They did our personal cutting cake and dessert bar. We mainly communicated with Miranda, who was very responsive, professional and helpful. The dessert tasting appointment was really fun to try out some of the more popular treats. They delivered and set-up all the desserts on wedding day and it looked perfect. The cake was absolutely beautiful and exactly like the inspo pictures we shared. The dessert bar was a hit and we had multiple guests talking about how good all the treats were all weekend. We had s’mores shooters, strawberry shortcake shooters, lemon bars, salted caramel tarts, snickerdoodle cookies and macarons. We would definitely recommend the Greige Patisserie to future couples. “The catering for my daughter's Quinceanera birthday party was great! The garlic herb chicken, broccoli salad and the Mac n cheese were a hit! Chef Shane was very professional. We had lots of good communication and he made sure to understand our needs. The process was very smooth and that is a blessing when planning such a big event. We've had desserts from the shop and everything is delicious.“

“Where do I even begin?!? My partner and I made the drive from Madison first thing in the morning on a Saturday - he didn't know where we were going, but I had called ahead the day before to place an order. We arrived right when Lucky Bakery & BBQ opened, and there were others waiting outside and in the lobby (a great sign!). My partner was thrilled that the surprise was Chinese BBQ, and we picked up the order of roast ruck and pork with crispy skin. While we were there, we chose some bakery items as well (an egg tart and a red bean cake). Then, we started to drive home, snagging a piece of pork to nibble on the drive back to Madison. HOLY COW. I pulled the car over SO FAST - this pork deserves all of your attention! You cannot do it justice while driving, you need to sit and savor it! We literally bought a drink at a Panera so we could sit outside and eat this pork. I will dream about this pork every night until we can make another trip to West Allis. My life as been changed by this pork. The duck and the bakery items were also flawlessly outstanding, but I truly cannot get over the pork. We ate the entire pound of it that Saturday, and will be telling everyone we meet!“

“Heard about Dia Cafe on Social Media. Check the menu out and decided to give it a go. Took family members with. Not disappointed at all. Lattes and Horchata made perfect. Rice Bowls tasted delicious. Definite repeat and highly recommend. Everyone was very nice. Very clean which is a big plus in my book. Going to be one of my new favorite spots to go to now.“

“Bread its good. But go early morning otherwise you wont have much options. Prices are high but no where near other bakeries. Mini conchas are 50 cents but 2yrs ago they were 3 for 1 dollar. Floors look dirty but bread is always fresh. They sell bolillos 3 for 1 dollar. They have milk gallons, single slices of cake, can sodas, hot coffee. You can order cakes. They take cash and card. But for card it has to be atleat $5. No restrooms. Parking for around 10cars. They dont accept EBT anymore . Prices are ok and u get ur own little platic bag and plastic glove and choose ur own piece of bread.“

“Place its tiny and small. Just for pick up. Ladies working there are nice. Corn tamales are good. But each tamal is $4. Without and meat. So with meat im guessing its more. Their volovanes are good but didnt like their atole de nuez( took thick ).. will return for maybe a churro or agua fresca . Theres no sitting area, no parking, opens early like 7 or 7:30am.Parking: Theres only street free parking. No parking lot“

“Great pastry and deli in a local strip center. The danish and donuts are good, and they have a wide variety of Wisconsin favorites. Bear claw? Cruller? Yep, they have them.The deli area is surprisingly well stocked with sandwich meats and cheeses. There's nothing fancy about this place, but everything looks great, and the product is consistent. It's a local bakery, dontcha know?!?The staff are super friendly, as well.“

“Super delicious cookies that always hit the sweet spot. Can't go wrong with them. The employees also take care of you if they get it wrong for whatever reason. They also present you the cookies when you pick them up so make sure they're not only delicious but that they look delicious just as the pictures.“

“i went here a long time ago about 2013. i was a regular because my grandma's house is nearby. she liked the pumpkin empenadas when they had any left. from the morning rush. i usually got the chocolate muffins with chips. they also had soft bread. as long as you ate it rightaway.Kid-friendliness: they have bakery items. that would make children happy..“

“I'm about a dozen and found it's Easily one of the best donut locations of my life. Which is a big statement because I've had a lot of gourmet excellent donuts throughout the Midwest and East Coast. I don't know how they do it but the donuts are super fluffy moist and taste excellent not too sweet not to stiff it's just perfect. I'm going to easily drive an hour to get donuts to this place. I really can't wait to come back and try more. Maybe try some cake or something that I never had before.“

“I don't eat sweets a whole lot but I have been wanting to try this place ever since they popped up in town. This one is in a strip mall and very small. You form a line and tell the employee what you want, pay and leave. I would try the carrot cake because it my all time favorite and a strawberry and creme Bundt cakes in the personal size. On my way home I bumped into my buildings employee and we always say hi and chit chat for a few and he said today was his birthday so I reached into my bag and I handed him the strawberry cake and said happy birthday here's a cake, his jaw hit the floor in amazement and the look on his face was priceless. I bumped into him the next day and he said the cake was delicious.My personal carrot cake was delicious and moist with sweet icing on top. At the $5 price point for the personal Bundt cake that was very good this place should be a big hit and I will have to go back for the strawberries and cream.“

“We tried Papas egg bread at another store and we liked it so much we looked them up and decided to to check out their store. Located on Howell just south of the airport, easy to get to.The shop is small, but they always have a great selection, not a huge selection, but great!I highly recommend that you go early for the best selection. They put out fresh product daily but it's not restocked throughout the day, they start over and make new again after they close.Various breads, rolls, buns, donuts, deserts (some items we've seen are cookies, brownies, strudels, cinnamon rolls - it's been a little different each time we go in), our son's favorite item is the cinnamon swirl bread.There's a rack where everything on it is $1.Customer service is fantastic. Love chatting with the owner.If you are looking for something specific order it ahead.If you're there and there's something you're looking for ask! They might have something in back.“

“They just happened to have cheese pockets. I've been looking for cheese pockets for 2 years, I was told to make them all the time. I was shocked 2 years. I've wasted not even greebies had them. Definitely the place I'll be going to from now on the donuts are a classic taste.“

Most of the other restaurants on this part of Lincoln were closed but La Flor was opened and looked interesting! I went in and found a list of tortas that I could choose from. I ordered the Torta Milanesa which was about $7 and huge! It was loaded with veggies and had avocado on it, too. Very small but friendly and efficient service. If you are in the area, don't pass on this place! Stop in! They have plenty of sweets too.“

“A nice family owned bakery on Milwaukee’s south side. Open 7 days a week ‘till 8pm. Their specially is regional food, pastries, and breads from Oaxaca. Great sandwiches and excellent chocolate available to take home as well. Every time I stop by they have a little more to offer. They have a few tables so you can dine in and hang out. Get there early for Tamales because they sell out fast. A Milwaukee hidden gem for sure!“
