“I don't eat sweets a whole lot but I have been wanting to try this place ever since they popped up in town. This one is in a strip mall and very small. You form a line and tell the employee what you want, pay and leave. I would try the carrot cake because it my all time favorite and a strawberry and creme Bundt cakes in the personal size. On my way home I bumped into my buildings employee and we always say hi and chit chat for a few and he said today was his birthday so I reached into my bag and I handed him the strawberry cake and said happy birthday here's a cake, his jaw hit the floor in amazement and the look on his face was priceless. I bumped into him the next day and he said the cake was delicious.My personal carrot cake was delicious and moist with sweet icing on top. At the $5 price point for the personal Bundt cake that was very good this place should be a big hit and I will have to go back for the strawberries and cream.“
“We had lunch at Pho Saigon and decided to check this out. They make rotating types of bread daily. We got apple pie bread, $9/loaf and it was unique. They also sell scones, muffins but we didn't get any. Friendly staffs and plenty of parking. Will try again once in the area.“

Their candor is dope, Devin is a wizard of brewed things and trust me, the bagels (everything bagel is my fav), croissants, macrons & bread loaves (the pizza bread is amazing for grilled cheese sandwiches) are fantastic. “Went to this deli/bakery and picked up hot ham/rolls and potato salad. This place definitely is one of the top places to go for this Milwaukee Sunday tradition. The ham was tasty and the rolls were AMAZING and the salad tasted homemade. Also have to say that the service was the best. There were plenty of friendly staff on hand and my wait to be served was minutes (honestly been places that I’ve waited an hour to get served on a Sunday morning). Noticed that they have homemade meatballs on certain days of the weeks plus several other Italian dishes I’ve always wanted to try. The Italian cookie selection looked wonderful (another thing I’ve got to try) I am positive I’ll be back!!! Really found a gem (totally by accident too...I had originally been trying to go to another facebook recommendation for hot ham and rolls but got the address incorrect). “My favorite steak in town…. “Steak au Poivre” can be found at this great French restaurant (French not not haughty) in Wauwatosa. Favorite steak as it tastes great, and presented well. Sliced on an angle and sauced with a red wine black peppercorn reduction, it has just enough char on the outside to balance the medium rare I love inside. Along with taste, I love that it comes with my fav vegetables-haricot vertes and absolutely perfect French fries! So unlike popular steak restaurants, at LaReve you get more than just meat for the list price! Yum + Yay! The desserts? They are as gorgeous as they are delicious! The case is filled with sweet perfection, each one more beautiful than the next! Just so hard to pick which on.! And the macrons are iconic-crisp outside and soft chewy inside, take a few home with you! But what a treat to find a Kir Royale on the menu last night at dinner before a show! I’m sure it’s a direct effect of Emily in Paris Season 3, but maybe I just never noticed it on the menu before! I served these for Christmas ten years ago and when I saw Emily working on an ad campaign, I just knew they’d start to show up on menus soon. Lucky me! Bon Appetite! “I come to this crumbl at least once a week. The staff is always friendly, greeting you with a “hello, welcome to crumbl!” Recently I went to a different location in Milwaukee and was disappointed I didn’t get the same welcome. I’ve come to really enjoy it. They always have multiple employees working and are VERY quick to get orders out. Even if they have to frost and top cookies, I’ve only waited a max of 5 mins for my order. The store spotless and you can tell each employee cares about their work. I have seen other locations online make terrible cookies that don’t look like the pictures. This location ALWAYS has their cookies coming out BETTER than the pictures advertised. “I was introduced to this super cool coffee shop through a Yelp event and, for that, I am super grateful. It's a coffee bar with a large indoor space - lots of tables on the main floor and there's a second floor with additional seating as well. In addition to coffee and snacks, they have a bar with really good drinks, pizza, and sandwiches. We stopped by here after a date night at Glassnote next door for a bite to eat before we met up with a few friends for more drinks. We got a margherita pizza, which took about -25 minutes to get to us. You would think that for a coffee place, the food would be mediocre, but that is NOT at all the case! The pizza had a really nice thin crispy crust. The sauce was full of flavor and the olive oil on top was *chef's kiss*. The cheese was sparse (like a true Margherita), but the whole pie was easily one of the better pizzas I've had recently! They also had a live band when we stopped by, which added a very cool vibe and for a Saturday evening, it was super busy with all kinds of people - some socializing, some working. We didn't imbibe at this visit, but have had their espresso martinis before and they are truly top notch and I highly recommend!“
“We used the Greige Patisserie for our November 2023 wedding in Oconomowoc, WI. They did our personal cutting cake and dessert bar. We mainly communicated with Miranda, who was very responsive, professional and helpful. The dessert tasting appointment was really fun to try out some of the more popular treats. They delivered and set-up all the desserts on wedding day and it looked perfect. The cake was absolutely beautiful and exactly like the inspo pictures we shared. The dessert bar was a hit and we had multiple guests talking about how good all the treats were all weekend. My partner and I made the drive from Madison first thing in the morning on a Saturday - he didn't know where we were going, but I had called ahead the day before to place an order. We arrived right when Lucky Bakery & BBQ opened, and there were others waiting outside and in the lobby (a great sign!). My partner was thrilled that the surprise was Chinese BBQ, and we picked up the order of roast ruck and pork with crispy skin. While we were there, we chose some bakery items as well (an egg tart and a red bean cake). Then, we started to drive home, snagging a piece of pork to nibble on the drive back to Madison. HOLY COW. I pulled the car over SO FAST - this pork deserves all of your attention! You cannot do it justice while driving, you need to sit and savor it! We literally bought a drink at a Panera so we could sit outside and eat this pork. I will dream about this pork every night until we can make another trip to West Allis. My life as been changed by this pork. The duck and the bakery items were also flawlessly outstanding, but I truly cannot get over the pork. We ate the entire pound of it that Saturday, and will be telling everyone we meet!“

Floors look dirty but bread is always fresh. They sell bolillos 3 for 1 dollar. They have milk gallons, single slices of cake, can sodas, hot coffee. You can order cakes. They take cash and card. But for card it has to be atleat $5. No restrooms. Parking for around 10cars. They dont accept EBT anymore . Prices are ok and u get ur own little platic bag and plastic glove and choose ur own piece of bread.“

The place has a Latin feel and very colorful for a cafe/drink spot. There is a Latin restaurant connected to it that was not open on my visit. No table service so order at counter and grab it when they call you along with any silverware, condiments etc. I was there for one thing only, the ranchero potato bowl which is rosemary potatoes, fried egg, sautéed onions/peppers, tomato sauce and queso fresco cheese. The potatoes might have been baby reds and cooked perfectly. The fried egg is hard. The tomato sauce was fantastic with nice garlic flavor. Overall this contained no meat but the carnivore absolutely found it delicious and a must try from the menu.“
