Special order available if they don't stock it. Knowledgeable staff is very helpful when you aren't a professional baker, but are working on making 200 cupcakes look fun for a church dinner! The ham was tasty and the rolls were AMAZING and the salad tasted homemade. Also have to say that the service was the best. There were plenty of friendly staff on hand and my wait to be served was minutes (honestly been places that I’ve waited an hour to get served on a Sunday morning). Noticed that they have homemade meatballs on certain days of the weeks plus several other Italian dishes I’ve always wanted to try. The Italian cookie selection looked wonderful (another thing I’ve got to try) I am positive I’ll be back!!! Really found a gem (totally by accident too...I had originally been trying to go to another facebook recommendation for hot ham and rolls but got the address incorrect). “I’m a BIG FAN of C. Adam’s sister bakery, Black Twig, so I knew that I was likely going to approve of everything that this place has to offer. The selection here is HUGE and you will definitely find something you like here. My heart was set on a slice of carrot cake, as I’ve heard multiple times that it’s the best carrot cake in the city.

We mainly communicated with Miranda, who was very responsive, professional and helpful. The dessert tasting appointment was really fun to try out some of the more popular treats. They delivered and set-up all the desserts on wedding day and it looked perfect. The cake was absolutely beautiful and exactly like the inspo pictures we shared. The dessert bar was a hit and we had multiple guests talking about how good all the treats were all weekend. “i went here a long time ago about 2013. i was a regular because my grandma's house is nearby. she liked the pumpkin empenadas when they had any left. from the morning rush. i usually got the chocolate muffins with chips. they also had soft bread. as long as you ate it rightaway.

“I was incredibly impressed with a caramel cake I purchased. It was truly wa sone of, if not the best, caramel cakes I’ve ever had. I am very critical of baked good because I am a baker myself. She does a masterful job of developing and balancing flavors without her desserts being overly sweet. The texture of her caramel is silky and the flavor was decadent. The cake was the perfect balance of the appropriate moisture and density, especially for caramel cake. I had no issue with my customer service. The prices were more than I was expecting but when I tasted her cake I understood how they are justified. I am eager to try more of her treats. Kudos!“

“Bread its good. But go early morning otherwise you wont have much options. Prices are high but no where near other bakeries. Mini conchas are 50 cents but 2yrs ago they were 3 for 1 dollar. Floors look dirty but bread is always fresh. They sell bolillos 3 for 1 dollar. They have milk gallons, single slices of cake, can sodas, hot coffee. You can order cakes. They take cash and card. But for card it has to be atleat $5. No restrooms. Parking for around 10cars. They dont accept EBT anymore . Prices are ok and u get ur own little platic bag and plastic glove and choose ur own piece of bread.“
