Stopped in for the Fish fry, had the cod. It was great, loved the potatoe pancakes! the portion was so generous, I couldn't finish it. The service was good and the owner took time to introduce himself and ask how things were. We will be back!

The most popular bar in town features an absolutely phenomenal fish fry on Fridays, with choices like baked cod, fried cod, perch, walleye, or blue gill. Every plate of fish is made FRESH. The potato pancakes are perfectly cooked and seasoned fantastic. A soup flight with stuffed pepper soup, broccoli cheddar soup, and chicken tortilla soup is really really good, made from scratch. The smash burgers are a favorite, and one guest said the Ruben was the best ever. A burger with perfectly cooked tots and a grilled top bun was so good. Service is good, and the owner takes time to introduce himself. Portions are so generous, guests could not finish. The only dislike was the coleslaw, which is a subjective opinion. Guests will be back OFTEN.
