Main thing is that seems that management needs to come and see what the employees are doing on the floor as well and not staying in back. I walked in to get my online order which said 8pm. It is NOW 824pm and they said 20 more mins. Every employee I see is on their phone!! I would like management to speak upon this!

Worst BBW I have been to. I ordered online at 6:14pm said it be ready at 6:40pm it’s now 7:30pm. And I can’t get a manager out front talk to us. It’s like 5 customers in a line waiting pissed!! Customers asking for refunds left and right and the manager is so embarrassed they are hiding in the kitchen vs handling customers. Please do better.

The ultimate Backup account

When I say this is easily the worst Buffalo Wild Wings ive had the misfortune of going to, I mean it. Over the past 3 years I’ve been to this location probably 10 times. Every single time there is an issue. The workers are some of the laziest. Laziest workers award currently belongs to Taco Bell across the street, but Buffalo Wild Wings is a close second. Every single time I’ve dined in, the waiters/waitresses take forever to check on you. Meaning you may get one refill during your hour long sit down. Take out has been problematic as well. They usually are 10-15minutes behind on orders every time. And as per usual, today was no different. My tenders are not sauced. In fact they didn’t even provide the side sauce of the sauce they were supposed to be tossed in. My 15 piece boneless meal is 13 pieces with two crumbs that I guess they count as wings. And the fries are cold. The cherry on top is that only about a month ago the waitresses got into a fight in front of customers. Bad enough that the police were called. Do better. This place is a joke.

no one helped us at the host stand, had to go to the takeout counter to ask to be seated. The food was very overpriced. received drinks five minutes before we got the food. fries were lukewarm.

My family and I were there last night and the service was super slow and the food came out warm. We asked for extra seasoning cause it wasn't put on and we still never got it. Our server did not come over very often to check. We waited about 15 mins or more for her just to come around and when she did she never asked how things were. This will be the last time coming to this location.

The wings were exactly what I ordered, just not what I wanted. The sauces were all good and since I ordered to go everything was boxes up nicely, but the wings themselves were small and slightly dry - just not satisfying. I likely won't order here again.

We've had many problems with take out orders. Every time we try and give them a chance it's bad. Order online, arrive 10 minutes after time (due to experience with it not ever being ready), told the order has not even been started yet because their short handed in the kitchen. If that's the case then maybe the online system should reflect a more accurate time. It's also very rare that anyone even says "Hello" let alone apologize for the inconvenience. Seems like continuous poor management. Bad look on the brand. Thankfully the few times we've sat in the dining room the wait staff has been pretty good.

I was waiting for about 15 minutes with no line waiting them they give me me a both and the waitress took another 10 minutes to ask what you I want to drink, after a 5 mnts bring the drinks and after that I was ready to order food because my boy was. Hungry and she never came wen I stand up I saw her having a conversation with another waitress I will give 0 star review if it was posible.

Horrible service the lady only checked on us once and didn’t even asked if we wanted refills. when we payed online and left a tip but then a random lady came running to my car and took a PICTURE of my license plate saying i did not pay when I clearly did overall worst place and ghetto too so I don’t recommend it here

Waiter was mad talking another guest saying she hated her and was going to throw a drink in her face. Our waiter took so long to do everything from menus to giving drinks after food arrived. Wings were under sauced wedges under seasoned. We waited 1.5 hours for food and it wasn’t even busy. Would not come back or recommend this location.

Was the worst staff that I’ve ever seen. Literally watched numerous staff members walk over trash and past tables that needed to be cleaned off. It was half empty and for good reason. If your job is to be a waitress take pride in it and do it well. It’s not the managers job to clean the entire restaurant! I won’t ever be back to this location nor will I recommend it to anyone else! As for the manager keep up the good work I noticed you doing pretty much everything!

If you dont want customers...dont have the front entrance open. No one stands at the front desk to greet clients...you stand there for 10 minutes as staff looks at you from the "take out" desk. 3 young ladies at the "take out" desk but no one to seat people. I ended up asking one of them to seat me where I seen this continue to happen over and over and some customers just leave.

Looks like most staff are too busy with other things. Seemed like our server was trying but he was the only one working and stretched thin so mistakes were made. Food was mediocre. Save yourself time and go someplace that actually wants customers.
