Buffalo Wild Wings

by far the worst restaurant you could go to. We sat and waited 2 HOURS for food. It was cold each time they brought it out and it was all wrong. They could never get the order right. After waiting 2 hours we were just all ready to go. We were very unsatisfied with this visit. We'll never be back! Manager was terrible as well!

Online Orders are never ready on time. You’ll be waiting an extra 20+ minutes for your food. Dine-in is a hit or miss depending on your server. The food is good when cooked correctly. Ultimately it’s a terrible service. You could potentially stand around without service from an employee for a while with the to-go ordering system. This place needs an adjustment to better serve food efficiently.

We stopped here thinking it would be like any other BWWs but be prepared to wait a long time! We got to the restaurant and no one was there to seat us or tell us there was a wait for a half hour. When we finally got seated it was an hour wait until our cold food came out. Yum. Clearly it had been sitting out awhile:(

Took forever to get seated. No one came out to tell us if there was a wait. When we finally got seated we placed our order in decent time, but took about an hour for the food to come out. All that waiting for the food to be cold and clearly had been sitting out a while. I talked with some of my friends and they had similar experiences too.

Went there for lunch we had to pick six menu. One was traditional wings with fries . One was boneless wings with tots. The food came out fast and was hot and delicious. The server was friendly and helpful. The manager even came out to check how our food was.

Service was great. Decent prices. Lots of sports games on multiple tvs to watch while you eat. Wings were ok, the tenders were better, juicier. Everyone here was very friendly. We went on a Saturday around 6pm, there weren't many people dining at the time. Food took a while to come out.

Terrible!!! Cold food, waited over an hour for food. My chicken was so tough & chewy! My moms burger was burnt, her baccon was jerky! I don't know what is going on with this place, but it's bad. If I could give zero stars I would. Waiter was cool though.

Food was supposed to be done at 8:10, waited an hour and didn’t get my food. Granted there was a big game on, but very unprepared. If it’s taking that long, turn the stores availability off for online orders. Left with pending refund request.

Just left. Ordered online and my order should have been done at 4:10 but when I got here no one was at the front except multiple customers. After waiting for a bit, I informed a server of all the people in the pick up area. She said she would let someone know. After waiting again I let the bartender know. The bartender asked my name on the order and went to the back. The server finally came and said they are backed up so orders are being bagged now. After waiting an additional 15 minutes some girl came to the front getting everyone's name. Then 10 minutes later orders started coming out. I know I put my order in an hour previously so I mentioned it to the girl again. She went to the back and came back with others food twice. I asked someone leaving what her pick up time was she said 4:39. When I turned around the girl went to the pick up warmer and grabbed a bag then handed it to me. The bag was there the WHOLE TIME!!!! The food was cold because it was in the warmer with the door open for over an hour!!! The manager would not even come out to give me a refund. By this time girl behind the counter had an attitude and was digging in her nose with her dry face and too much gloss on her lips. I will never place an order with this location ever again!!! I'm calling Corporate Monday morning. It is 5:40pm and I'm pissed.

Been here multiple times and they always take forever to respond to take out orders. Sometimes and there will be group of like 6 people and no greets them or acknowledges them. Would not recommend ever getting take out orders from this particular establishment

Waited 45 minutes on a pickup order. Asked for a refund once food finally arrived and the cashier said “why? Yo food there”. The staff were rude and half my order was missing on top of it. Will laugh once it goes out of business.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUFFALO WILD WINGS. I am sick of getting rude service and missing items. The managers seem truly sincere and apologetic and I feel so sorry for them for dealing with the lackluster, careless, and inept staff. Unfortunately, kind words and a sweet tone are not enough.

Waiting for service took an unreasonable amount of time, and the order was also an obnoxious wait with fewer than 20 customers in BWW. After watching people wait almost an hour for their to-go orders; I know I would never order to-go from this restaurant. The restrooms and floors were unsanitary. The menu description/photos were not what was presented. We wanted to tell the guests that we're standing in the cold lobby, waiting for attention, to leave.
