Buffalo Wild Wings

Went at 9pm and ordered lemon pepper wings and they were horrible. If you go earlier in the day things are totally different. We normally enjoy our food and drinks I don't know what goes wrong after 9pm.

Had an online order picked it up didn’t realized they forgot half my order until I got back to work

Terrible hosts here they never acknowledged people waiting. The managers sitting at the bar was totally inappropriate.
Only two good serves the man with the beard named dan
And the bartender lady.
But host people were terrible never coming back

From the second we walked, service was terrible. There was no one at the entrance to seat us, the place was dead and yet not a server to be found. There were 2 young (younger 20's I would say) ladies in the take out area who were literally laying on the floor. They saw us but didn't bother to get anyone or see if they could help us. We sat at a table, near a other couple who was there, and it took over 15 minutes for someone to come over. Once Food was ordered, it took 40 minutes to get our food, which was just a simple burger, and what should have been 2 orders of 10 boneless wings. What we received instead was 10 boneless and 10 bone in. It had already taken so long for our initial food, we didn't say anything. I must also note, our waiter never came back to check on us once he delivered our food, until he brought the check. Terrible experience, smoke not recommend this location.

Me and three white friends, asked for a table, and they said it was gonna be a wait. We were fine at first, but then a group of African Americans came in asked for a table for four just like us, and got seated immediately. Were they trying to imply something?

Set the scene... it's a Friday night, 8pm. Place isn't that busy at all. Took 10 mins to get seated... I believe a waiter who saw us standing there just sat us because he felt bad. 3 booths are occupied on our side and the other 5 are dirty from the previous guests. That waiter is sure busy walking around fast like he's busy, but I don't get what he's doing. Food came pretty quick, and taste ok. He did ask how the food was and offered refills... didn't get any regular silverware as we were told it's all dirty, so they gave us some plastic to-go stuff. Overall, must be short staffed. Id take the extra drive and go to West Bend and avoid this location. My guess is they will close soon... the whole vibe is pretty meh.

I'm not sure why people complain about this location. I've been to BWW's all over the US, and this one is great. People usually wait much longer at other ones and still get terrible food. Every time I've got food from here, it's been fresh and very tasty. Everyone was incredibly attentive at the take out area. If it takes a bit longer, they are probably short-handed like most places these days. Which really isn't the staffs fault. Would come again and recommend.

I placed a carryout order for bone-in chicken wings with various sauces. I reached home within 10 minutes, but unfortunately, the wings were extremely dry and lacked sufficient sauce. They were tough to chew and honestly, some of the worst wings I’ve had. Very disappointing experience.

Sat at the bar for 20 minutes and never saw an employee. They came out twice to bring other people food, but never asked for my food or drink order. The people next to me has the same experience. I left and went somewhere else.

Missing drinks, and a cheese cake on my order.. no ranch, no celery or carrots. What’s the rush? This cost money already, the least you can do it make sure a $7 cheesecake make it in the bag. Was looking forward too it, and the wings are always great! But this location been slacking big time..

My pick up order was extremely late over a half hour late. I cancelled the order out right. Ridiculous.

My daughter love chicken and i love all the live sports...

Currently sitting in the dining room which took a good 5 minutes to be seated. We got seated the waitress got our drinks and order right away. It took 20 minutes alone for appetizers to come out which were lukewarm at best. Then another 10 minutes go by and our food finally comes out and my wings were barely sauced and not even warm. She took the wings back after I said they weren’t warm. I have no idea if she’s coming back with them. My man’s burger and fries were lukewarm as well. Not sure why the food isn’t coming out hot. The table behind us walked out. The service here is absolutely horrendous.
