ordered a meal (whopper) at 11:12am. The sandwich was made correctly and hot. The fries where cold, not warm but cold. The soda machine (self serve) dosen't have diet coke , so had to wait to get the counter person (only 1) to fill my cup. The place is clean and the floors and tables are clean as well as the restroom was clean. Staff was pleasent, just a bit slow, and fix your soda machine if you want people to get their own.
I stopped in at 1030 to get lunch. I was greeted as the manager (Sarah) was bagging up an order. She completed the drive through transaction and took my order. She advised that she was the only staff available and there would be a small wait. That was no issue for me. I stood and watched Sarah drop fries, take orders, make sandwiches, bag orders, all without complaining. Even thanked all the guests in drove thru. My meal took a few minutes but was fresh and hot. I went to eat...
Ordered the $5 deals with burgers. Ordered mine without mustard and it was on there anyway. I did feel extremely bad for the lady working. It seemed to be her and 1 other person with drive thru backed up. They did a decent job of getting it cleared. I went in and even though she was flustered she was very pleasant.
