Panda Express Reviews
Quantity was too small considering for two dish plate. Noodles were too stiff (felt like uncooked) and had hardly any flavor. Kung po chicken had maybe 6 or 7 tiny little pieces of chicken but had 12 or 14 chili 🌶 s. Love spicy food but how can employee scoop me more peppers than actual chicken? Employees seemed friendly and perhaps they may need additional training.
Food was cool, not warm. Most likely been sitting too long on the steam table. Noodles were dry, cold and bland. Fried rice was also bland and not really fried. Paid for iced tea, only to find out they did not have tea on this day. Staff was friendly and restaurant was pretty clean, except for most table tops, they had not been cleaned. Signed up for the rewards program because we were told 20% off on this order. The reward did not come through until after we had to pay.
Food was old this time. Been here several times but was super unhappy with today's visit.

Panda Express, a popular fast-casual restaurant, offers a mixed dining experience. While the location is always clean and the staff are friendly, customers sometimes face inconsistencies with rewards programs and long wait times for freshly prepared meals, especially during peak hours. The restaurant's food quality and service can vary, with some praising the "mid food but fast service" while others note the lack of pre-made dishes. Overall, Panda Express provides a reasonably decent option for a quick meal, though the dining experience may depend on the time of visit.
