Listen I gave this restaurant 2 times to make me feel comfortable enough to not write this review.Terrible!! Mortified!!Are just a little bit of it.It is 2024 there is no excuse for hair in my food from a chain fast food restaurant!!Then upon finding the hairthe lack of empathy not onlyon the night shift from wherethe hair was in my food,but the manager the next morning didn’t even care about what I had to say. Just wanted to give me my refund and send me on my way. Then as some sort of pity she made me a plate and it wasn’t even the full order like it was “better” now it was on her shift… This restaurant clearly needs new management and employees that truly care!!!Not ones that will laugh and hide in the back when I’m in tears because I can’t eat my food and now have to wait until the next morning for my money!!! Like not everyone has a bunch of money like that!!! I can’t wait until I hear back from corporate!!

I had ordered a plate with super greens with the original orange chicken, black pepper Angus steak ? ?️ The super greens it didn't taste right. It wasn't cooked and sauteed. They forgot to put some sauces in my bag. It happened a few times.

Food just ok. Service terrible…8 people working, but the first of the five of us to order got their food 20 minutes after the rest of us. They were also out of a lot of different items. This was not due to rush-hour, as it was 8 PM.

Consistently not good. it's been 4-5 years since I've gotten good food from this location. today the orange chicken was pale and lacking sauce, flavor and texture. the entire bigger plate was lacking salt. fried rice tasted like fryer oil, really unappetizing. the Beijing beef was decent today, lacking salt though.This location needs help, the Oak Creek location which used to be my local spot always was on point and had excellent service too. Get like oak creek!

I've been a customer for a few years, The food is amazing My favorite dishes the orange chicken plate with fried rice or white rice, however The service sucks I tried applying there to get a job I want to say more than 4 weeks ago and they were very unprofessional about the process they told me to write down my name email and phone number and said that they would get back to me but I never got once an email nor a text message or phone call so if you're thinking about applying here please don't other than that I have no issues with the place. Also I apologize for any grammatical errors or spelling errors in this review I'm sure you understand the gist of what I am trying to say.

I placed my order through Doordash and I got a plate with veggies fried rice Kung pao chicken and Beijing beef. As I was eating it I thought I was just crunching on hard rice (like maybe from the bottom of the pot). Instead I started pulling these hard black pieces from my mouth. I started inspecting my food and I found it mixed all throughout the dish. I have no idea what this is or how much of it I ingested but it's not food. I thought it might just be burnt black bits of something but it feels like a hard plastic. Please be careful what you eat from here.

It’s was really bad experience. I ordered online order, but I didn’t expect food will be so bad. Oily, you can taste black fried pieces from grill(or whether it’s was cooked). Cheese raggons tasted no too bad, but two of them were empty. At least normal chicken were in Kung Pao CKN. By the way ordered big plate, which mean two side dishes: I got only one: fried rice, but not a super greens. Not recommended shrimps, which I bought for extra price - disgusting.
