It's Just Wings

While I like the food, this was the third time I went in this week and left without placing a order. The first two times it was moderately busy and I left after 15 minutes, this time it was dead inside but four people were too busy with a margarita machine icing over to even get me a beer. Not sure what’s going on but sitting at the bar is pretty much a death sentence if you hungry….

We had the wing appetizer there yesterday ( March 26), the boneless, with two sauces. I asked for Garlic Parmesan and Honey BBQ, but the one sauce was rather spicy, not garlic Parmesan, but our bartender, Natalie was so busy waiting on tables, I didn’t want to bother her, so we ate them. My boyfriend only ate two, he wasn’t hungry, he had eaten at work. I ate all six , we ordered eight. About eight o’clock it hit me, nauseous and diarrhea. I have been sick in my life, but never this sick. I could not stop going, it lasted well into the morning. I went through three pairs of pajamas thinking it was over but it wasn’t. My boyfriend was sick also but not nearly as bad as me. He made it to work today, I had to call in. We will keep going to Chili’s, usually have a great time there and we enjoy talking to Natalie and Tom, we always sit at the bar and we’ve never had a problem with the food before. I’m thinking this was an isolated situation. Either the chicken was bad or the sauces. Not sure, but I know I won’t ever order wings again.

Good wings. But lost order one time without being refunded. ($50) sometimes great portions. Half the time 11 wings is 7 or 8 and literally less than a handful of fries. Pretty disappointed in inconsistencies. But food is good.

This particular Chilis has the worst customer service I’ve ever had!! I understand they are short handed and for some reason have been since Covid..🤔but when I’m told by one employee that I will get 2 text msgs letting me know my table will be ready in about 20-25 minutes and when I check in at 30 minutes I’m told by another extremely rude employee that she called my name and when I didn’t answer she gave my table away. (I have had issues with this particular woman in the past). When asked why I wasn’t texted like I was told she had only rude and sarcastic responses for me. Needless to say I was upset and told her I would be going elsewhere at this point. Her response to me was a very rude. “oh well and goodbye”. I will never visit this store or probably a Chili’s ever again!!

Friendly staff & delicious food!!

Got the garlic parm and honey chipotle with curly fries. Everything was cooked perfectly, the special fry sauce was great. Great prices!! Will absolutely be back.

Lemon pepper and Sante fe wings are the best along with curly fries you can not be the price.

Major disappointment. Little sauce, little flavor, and soggy wings. Fries where also very soggy. Will never go back.

Uhg. I got fooled on Door Dash. Didn’t know it was really just chili’s. Terrible food. AND. They only gave the driver half my order. Ordered 44 wings. Only received 22. AVOID at all costs.

Place doesn't exist anymore, it's a Chilis
