I’ll admit that this location doesn’t have any soft surface chairs yet, but the team there is positively wonderful ! Asking for Dark Roast, they had Verona, which I mentioned was not my favorite. They switched bean cartridges on the machine for me, and also rinsed my coffee mug with hot water as it was freezing cold. Super nice staff at this location !

I've been to this Starbucks location a few times and every time they were quick and friendly. The last time we were there the service was quite exceptional. It was a month and a half ago and unfortunately I forgot the barista's name but she was so nice to us! My wife and I had our 18 month old son with us and we initially forgot to get him some milk. It was a busy morning and I came back into line and she was ever friendly and actually gave us the milk. Then when we were finishing up she came over and gave us some extra napkins and told us how cute he was and that she had a toddler as well and not to worry about his mess. She went above and beyond with customer service and helped start our day on the right foot.

If you don't have enough staff to clean the bathrooms, don't open! That was disgusting

I typically get the chai tea with sausage,egg, and cheese sandwich. Always been great experience. There is a women employee that i typically see there. She is always so cheerful and welcoming. I love it! Keep up all the good work!
