this use to be the only a and w I would go to. today was the last time. not only was the drive thru service horrible. we can't inside so when we ask for a cup of ketchup and u give us packets is in my book unacceptable. everything we went thru drive thru I got cups of ketchup. so when I live 40 min away and I can't eat my food til I get home cuz I dont have my condiments is not right at all.
