Literally got cussed out by an employee after they gave us diet Baja instead of regular, and then handed me my food with my chips and cheese missing. We had to ask them to fix it and the guy said they were out of chips and cheese. Okay, I ask for a cheesy fiesta potatoes instead because they were an option in my combo box with no extra charge. We've avoided Taco Bell for ages due to them never being open when it says they are. Sign was on, lights were on, there were folks in the driveway. We pulled up and by the time we got to order...no one was taking orders. It was only 10 pm.We went to Burger King instead, who stayed open slightly after close to get us our order.
