“Nice cozy style brewery. The lager and Amber's are a bit too hoppy for my liking but she has fruit beers that are delicious. She mixed a couple beers together for me that turned out amazing when mixed. No food but she allowed us to order food for delivery.“

“Noble Roots Brewing Company is one of those places I fully intend to stop at for one or two… and then suddenly I’m mentally negotiating with myself about whether “one more for the road” really counts. Spoiler: it usually does.

I absolutely love that it’s family owned and operated. You can tell right away that there’s real pride behind the bar, and not in a forced, corporate way—more like “we actually care if you’re having a good time” kind of vibe. The owners and staff are awesome, super friendly, and have that rare ability to make you feel like a regular even if you’ve only been there a couple times… or, you know, more than you’d like to admit.

One of the best parts is they’re always brewing something new and different. Every visit feels like a mini adventure—do you go with something safe, or roll the dice on a new brew? Either way, it’s usually a win, which is probably part of the problem when you’re trying to stick to “just one.”

The atmosphere is laid-back, welcoming, and dangerously easy to settle into. It’s the kind of place where you say, “we’ll just stop quick,” and then somehow you’re still there an hour later having great conversations and debating your next beer choice like it’s a life decision.

All in all, great beer, great people, and a great place to test your self-control (and probably fail). Highly recommend stopping in—just maybe don’t make any strict “only one” promises before you go. 🍻“

“Zambaldi Brewery absolutely crushed it for my bachelor party. The space rocked, the atmosphere was perfect for a big group, and having the pizza place next door made the whole night even better. The food and drinks flowed, and everyone kept saying how awesome the setup was.

The highlight of this party was Dave. He is the man!!! He went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable experience throughout the entire beer/party process. Not only did he take the time to walk me through the brewing process, but he also helped me create a beer inspired by Sunset Wheat. Let me tell you, it rocks. It came out so smooth, refreshing, and full of flavor. Please try my beer (VAN DA GUY BREW) if you ever get the chance. It is so good and I am beyond proud of it.

We had an absolute blast celebrating there. Between the great space, the amazing pizza, and the one-of-a-kind brewing lesson, this bachelor party could not have been better. Dave deserves all the credit. He is an incredible host, an incredible teacher, and an even better person. His passion for craft beer and hospitality shows in every detail.“

“I am from Cincinnati and was hoping to watch the UC - OSU football game. The bartender, Haley, put it on the big screen for me. She was also one of the sweetest individuals I have ever met. She made the experience extremely enjoyable. The beers were excellent. The rooftop was amazing. Lovef this place.“

“A great local brewery in ledgeview that has a great overall atmosphere. The outdoor area complete with private “cocoons” for rent and fire pits is second to none. The interior of the brewery is a great open concept with the bar area seating but plenty of tables as well. They obviously have craft beers but they have some great cocktails too. The wood fired pizza is a delight that you might get hooked on! They always seem to have a event on the schedule for a added bonus.“
