Wow! As someone who has worked in restaurants in the past and still works in customer service, today’s Culver’s experience was an example of how NOT to conduct yourself in customer service.
The manager Jessica that was there this afternoon, 5/11, was extremely rude and unprofessional. My sister didn’t get her order but other people after her got their order. She went back up to the counter to get a refund and the manager said “Well you could be at work for 10 hours”...read full review
We waited a half hour to get our concrete mixers and they weren't even that busy. When we finally got our ice cream it was liquid. We literally had to bring it home to freeze it before we could even eat it.
Waited over a half hour just for ice cream, ended up just ended up walking out. Off the clock employee's standing around counter playing on phones. Food all over floor in serving area. people serving ice cream had food all over their arms. Bathroom had trash all over the floor.
