Pablo's Mexican Grill Cantina is a family-owned and locally owned restaurant. The atmosphere is cool, and it is always a fun time. Great margaritas are very strong for a good price and are very popular. The salsa is really fresh and very tasty, and the chips are fresh, not oily, and still warm. One reviewer noted the best chile verde in town, with amazing flavor and very tender and juicy pork. The food is delicious, with huge portions. The enchiladas were piled high, and one husband said they were easily the best enchiladas he had ever had. The burrito was very large with perfectly cooked, well-seasoned meats and flavorful sauces. A kid got a quesadilla that was made-at-home quality with plenty of cheese. The rice and beans were super tasty. The flavor of the food has attracted Mexican Nationals. No bad dishes, just good or great. The shredded beef has been a favorite protein. Even when about to close, the staff was gracious and stayed open. The owner is sweet and helpful, giving special attention to kids. There is karaoke on Thursdays and DJ music at different times. Riggeatone music plays on the stereo, with football and soccer on the TVs.
