I purchase 2 blizzards and they was very liquidity.So I call the store and told them the issue.A team member name Tera ok me to come get my replacements.I arrived today and the owner Chad Mindak was very rule to me and said I’m not getting nothing.Call corporate he doesn’t care.This is super ridiculous customer service.I spend plenty of money with DQ.I strongly don’t recommend this location.
Never had bad tasting DQ, but did today. The ice cream wasn’t the right consistency. DQ always tastes the same, but not today. The sizes weren’t right either. But that’s probably cuz it wasn’t creamy. The guy (kid) working didn’t know how to get the coupon off the app. Couldn’t even save a $1 on this order, that was gross. Won’t be back to this DQ.
When out to pick up 2 blizzards, a Heath Brownie Crunch and a Turtle Pecan. Spent a long time in line, which was to be expected on such a nice evening, but when I got home both of the blizzards were Oreo. Not worth driving all the way back and waiting in line again, but won't be going to this location again since this is the second time in a row where I got the wrong order.
