I’ve usually had good sandwiches delivered from JJ’s. However, the last sub misses the standard by far. Missed the peppers and was very chintzy on ham (maybe 3 pieces for the entire sandwich). Delivery takes 30-60 min from time of order.

I ordered a sub through the drive-through, and by the time I received my one sub, I had seen customers walk in and out. I understand that finding good help can be challenging, but I can’t comprehend that it took 8 minutes to make a single sub. It was incredibly slow! I strongly advise avoiding this Jimmy John’s. There was no explanation or apology for the long wait.
