Been meaning to try this place for forever and boy, we didn’t realize what we were missing out on until we finished our food. When you first walk in, the ambiance is so calm and inviting but also a romantic atmosphere. We got seated in a nice quiet booth. Republic Chophouse is hands-down my favorite spot in Green Bay when it comes to steak. Every visit feels like a special occasion, whether it's a celebration or just a much-needed treat-yourself night. The steaks are consistently incredible—perfectly cooked, expertly seasoned, and always tender. You can tell they take real pride in sourcing quality cuts and preparing them with care.
