If you are looking for a wonderful restaurant we definitely recommend Republic Chophouse. It is a little pricy but our server, bartender, the food and ambiance make it well worth it. They make you feel like a valued customer. We suggest trying the agave mustard pork chops and the tenderloin. Both were cooked to perfection. Save room for their delicious desserts too!
Venue, service and ambiance were great. Entree (ribeyes) and side were also great. Really good flavor combinations. The appetizer was just off. The description of lobster bruschetta could have included that the lobster was served cold. We may have not gotten it. The steaks, Mac and cheese and Brussels sprouts were amazing! We have never had a bad meal at Republic. All of the waitstaff are top notch, and based on the quality of the food the kitchen staff is outstanding. our go to place for a special meal.
