The gingerbread macarons were amazing! Polar express drink was perfect. Super cute coffee shop with gelato and a selection of sweet treats. You should absolutely stop in next time you’re in Green Bay!!
Tried a S’mores latte (hot) and grabbed a little treat to bring home, Flan with chocolate cake on the bottom! Both so delicious!

Enjoyed a delicious Nutella iced latte and tres leches cake. I can’t wait to stop in again and try some gelato. Everyone is super friendly and the atmosphere was so cute and cozy.

Rise & Grind Gelato & Coffee Shop is a very clean and organized coffee/gelato shop with a relaxed and cozy atmosphere. The service is great, and the barista was lovely. It is a charming little spot that feels fresh and welcoming, perfect for grabbing a coffee or gelato to walk the boardwalk or before an event at the Ki convention center. The white chocolate caramel Oreo blended drink was amazing, and the blended latte was perfect. The iced marzipan latte was the best latte ever, and the Polar express drink was perfect. The gingerbread macarons were amazing, and the macarons were outstanding with perfect texture and flavor. A S’mores latte and Flan with chocolate cake on the bottom were both delicious. The owner was friendly, and the young lady working was sweet. This is a fantastic surprise and one of the favorite new coffee spots in Green Bay, definitely worth a visit.
