Starbucks in Green Bay

“I was temporarily locked out of my bank account and couldn't use the card momentarily and they gave me my sandwich for free as a kind gesture. Truly impressive service. The hey deserve gold stars all around. The level of care and service was above and beyond. Thanks Starbucks team!!!!“

“I am happy they're open as early as they are at this location. I wanted to stop here on the way back home from working all night. I like that they're open when most places are closed.

The service was great, and so was the dark roast coffee I usually get.

I am here on business, however. I found it odd that this is the first Starbucks that I have been to that doesn't have plugs for charging devices.

It's not that I needed to charge anything, but it would have been nice if they had the plugs, just in case.

I would like calmer music too--not that I am not against the music they did play, but I usually associate Starbucks with having a serene atmosphere. Not exactly serene here.

The fact that it's right off the highway might be an issues. Still, it's different than expected.“

“Got to the drive through with a 10+ car line... waited 30 minutes in line in 88 degree weather, finally got to the order screen at exactly 3:59 and they wouldn't take my order (just 1 drink) because they close at 4. Never going to this location again. Update: 3 years later they still are awful keep messing up drinks Update they are doing good now“
