Got some late night taco bell here. It was wet, don't know how else to describe it. Honestly, what else do you really expect from Taco Bell these days other than...wet food. It was fine. What else are you going to find open and hot after 1am in green Bay?
Hours differ depending on when the crew wants to leave.
Place is under-staffed and the staff is over-worked. You'd be better off going to a different Taco Bell in town. 3 stars instead of 1 since one cashier handed out drink cups for the delivery drivers while they waited up to 30 mins for their orders to be made.
One cook was telling the drive-thru customers that they were closed at 9pm because they couldn't handle the orders coming in.

The new manager is AMAZING! We ordered delivery through the app and our driver forgot our drinks so we contacted the store and the manager was very apologetic and kept asking how she could make it up to us. Her kindness was enough for us.
