The food and customer service were fantastic, the staff were cery cordial and friendly and so patient. The customers themselves weren't very friendly, though. There was some guy complaining about how many people were inside as soon as he walked in and stood by us. We also kept getting glared at because of a baby we had with us who was crying occasionally (three times for about a minute each). Some of the customers kept making comments on it whenever the baby made a noise....
Awful customer service and cold, stale food, misleading delivery on website. Ordered delivery, paid including delivery fee and tip, got a delivery time estimate but then... nothing. I called after an hour and a half, thinking they were running behind, and they said they don't deliver but my order was sitting at the counter. Cold. I picked it up and asked for the delivery fee and tip back, and the person said that she would have the manager contact me because she couldn't...
