My husband and I came to the area to celebrate my birthday. We selected Chops for my birthday dinner and we were so disheartened by the grumpy welcome we were given, excuses from waitstaff, ignored by the bartenders, and overall attitude from staff... so we left. it seems like the location has the potential to be great, but definitely needs an attitude adjustment.
This was our first time eating here. Was super excited. It was dead when we got there only a group of 4 people leaving so we were only two in bar. Never had a waitress, bartenders gave us menu and served (I thought was weird for such an elegant place). Then appetizers served to us on and at the bar.
