First time dining here in about 20 years ..Karrington our waitress was great. Took almost 30 minutes to get our drinks on a Sunday evening and only five people at the bar and three tables in the dining room. Food was OK, prime rib sandwich dry, filet dry and tasteless, salmon dry , fettuccine Alfredo excellent.

Although we were warned upon arrival the kitchen was backed up, and to expect a wait, our experience was excellent. We were seated next to a window with a view of the lake. Our server, Karrington, couldn't have been nicer. Even though busy, nstead of simply pointing out the restroom, she escorted me to a point where the door was in sight. First time at Norton's. We were visiting our kids from out of state and were excited to celebrate my husband's birthday. Such a beautiful spot on the lake, wonderful atmosphere and the service was excellent. Unfortunately the food was very disappointing. We never mind paying higher prices for great food, but this fell short by a long short. My family ordered the prime rib and I had the filet mignon.
