The cashier was not friendly and was unknowledgeable; when asked what mad sauce was, he said it was a “pink sauce,” whatever that means. The food was pretty good other than the chicken being a bit stringy. I was not satisfied with how much sauce was given, felt it was very stingy, barely covered any of the mad fries. When I went to mad chicken the customer service was very friendly and easy, food came out fresh and quickly. My favorite item is the mad chipotle and I’ll definitely be coming back!
Ordered the Mad Fries with Buffalo sauce and I must say they were fantastic! Food was very fresh, delicious and plentiful. Service was just okay, nothing special, but at least there was no rudeness. Will come back again when I'm at the mall and hopefully the food will be just as good.
