Great quiet spot with a large table for group meeting
It was 6:30 PM on Wednesday, 10/19 and I was the only person in the store. The crew of three were busy cleaning up and preparing to close (an hour and a half ahead of schedule ). All the food was already put away. It took them two minutes to even give me notice. This is not the first costumer service train-wreck I have experienced there, but it most certainly will be the last. Pathetic! Suffice it to say, I took my business a half mile up 76th street to the SB I'm Greenfield. The place was packe, the service was outstanding and they had just started cleaning up about 5 minutes before closing time. It was very apparent this group enjoyed their jobs. Customer service is everything.

This is my go-to Starbucks since it's so close to home. Most of the time the staff are friendly and helpful. My drink is made perfectly quite often and the food is always on point! Music is usually at the perfect level and is never offensive.

Took 10 minutes for someone to wait on me.they were cleaning the counter. 4 people working, one of which was in the back. I was the only customer in the store, 4 cars in the drive thru. Took another 10 minutes to get my one drink.
