Our waitress was great. I felt bad for her. She was on the ball with fast service but she dealt with a lot of frustration and disappointment with the laundry list of items they were out of. We went for dinner Monday, Aug 5, for crab fest. We wanted to start with the crab dip. They were out. Three out of four of us wanted the crab legs, they were out of both seasonings. We have always loved going to red lobster but the last time we went we had the worst service. It wasn't even that busy but the service was so slow. They kept forgetting our orders and drinks and one of our group ordered the surf and turf. when we brought it up a completely different server brought us the lobster tail. we didn't check the ticket until after we left but then we realized that they had charged us for a whole lobster tail instead of just bringing the one we were missing....read full review
