“First time at Kountry Bar (I know I know - shameful!!!!) but the beer was ice cold, the atmosphere was amazing, the bartenders were friendly and personable but the burger - OMG the burger was f-ing fantastic. I had the ghost pepper blue burger and it was seriously the best burger I’ve had in…… well, I don’t know when. My husband had the tenderloin sandwich and also loved it. We will most definitely be back. Seriously - you need to visit this bar and grill. You will not regret your decision to stop by and treat yourself!!! 💪🏼“

“Just visited for the first time during Mile of Music and that was THE BEST burger I’ve had in a really long time. Despite it being very busy, the service was great and my food came much quicker than expected. The burger patty was so juicy and delicious and I loved the reaper ranch and cheese curds too. Personally I thought the building looked cool and just took a picture. It was a bit early in the day to start drinking. Well not true since it was Sunday afternoon during Memorial Day weekend 😎 I had already had a beer at lunch

“This is one of my favorite restaurants in the Appleton area. However, I was disappointed with the front-desk folks’ lack of creative thinking and can-do attitude. When I called before arriving, I mentioned the number of people in my party and mentioned that I will also need a high chair. He said nothing available inside but patio is open and lots of seats are readily available. When we arrived, he was right, nobody was sitting in the patio. Bad news came after we were taken to our table, “sorry, we don’t have high chair available for at least another hour!” I understand that this may happen, but why do you tell me 5 mins before I arrive that you have everything available? Very disappointing, but this is even more disappointing when it comes from one of my favorite restaurants and I had guests with me.“

“Honestly... It's the first bar I have gone into alone in years! There's a community spirit there with welcoming arms to newcomers like myself! People of all ages and all walks of life patronize this place! There kindness is Keen, the bartenders are superb, including the owner. The menu is small, but the taste is great...I can personally vouch for chicken wings, chicken tenders, combo basket, fries and steak sandwich! Pizza I had was delicious!(Lotsa Motsa, I think)The place is nice and clean, it has a pool table, bowling game, entertainment gaming, jukebox and darts.There really isn't anything bad with this place, except, and I say this with respect...one mid life male bartender either does not like to cook, can not Cook or the owner doesn't allow him to cook ...Whatever the reason Please cut him some slack because the place is still there for our enjoyment!! I hear he will bake a pizza and I know he will advise you he does not cook! LOL I love the people who go there...people meet to play games, like Sheephead and Cribbage! Oh yeah...prices very reasonable!“

“My husband and I were in about 1 1/2 years ago. We loved this bar. The bartenders Jen and Nikki were awesome and easy to talk to. Patrons were friendly and always ready for a story or a game of pool. Scott and Terri the owners treat thier customers and staff like family. The first time we were in, my husband saw a big 'ole Tupperware party bowl up for grabs in one of the raffles. He won it and it's been my go to ever since!Thank you My place. I wanted to share a pic of this yummy pasta salad I made today. We had a drink, good drinks, very reasonable prices. Sonja took our food order at the bar. A few minutes later, she said our table was ready. The salad bar was modest but good. The soup was french onion which was very good. My wife and I had perch, good sized serving, great batter on the perch. But we should have listened to our friends. They had prime rib and fish combo.
