Wanted some good BBQ and there is really not many options in West Bend. I called BBQ Co at 5:50 pm and asked if they really closed at 6 pm. The kind lady said, "yes, we close at 6, what would you like" and giggled. We quickly chose our items and told her we would be on our way. Our GPS told us it would be a 25 minute drive. We arrived at 6:45 due to the rain and detour. They welcomed us and asked how they could help us. We stated we called in a order and they handed us our food. They were so friendly and generous with portions. The food was amazing!! Ribs that came with 2 sides and a cornbread muffin. Sampler with 2 sides and a muffin. Chipotle bacon mac, apple baked beans, and ALL the meats are fabulous. We will definitely be returning. Tasty food and friendly people makes for a positive experience!!

Food was good, but weird customer service at Holy Hill food truck location this Saturday 10/7. My girlfriend was asked if she was high maintenance because she has three of the most common allergies in the United States. Total uncalled for and belittling from a stranger, that’s not how you treat customers/women. On top of that when she ordered she asked if she was able to have pickles on the side but she wasn’t heard. No worries. She waited and asked the barbecue guy again nicely if she was able to have pickles and this guy had the audacity to tell a 32 year old woman that she needed to say, “May I please have some pickles” when she kindly asked twice. Then proceeded to say “that’s a good girl” when she uncomfortably repeated it. That’s not how real men treat women. Not a fan of that guy, learn some manners.Dietary restrictions: Rude responses from worker when advocating for dietary restrictions.

We first had Barbecue Company at my niece's wedding reception and were so impressed we asked them to cater our daughter's wedding. My son doesn't like pulled pork, but he LOVED the Barbecue Company's pulled pork! We also had the adobo chicken. All of the sides were excellent. We got compliments that evening and in following days for putting on such a good spread of food for well over 100 people. Thank you Barbecue Company for making my daughter's wedding perfect!

Not sure why this place received such good reviews. I called about catering an event with them and the guy who answered the phone proceeded to tell me that he is in the middle of serving 450 people, very nasty. I told him I would wait for an email response then since I sent him an email last week and had no response. He then told me that he doesn't answer emails yet he has an email address on his contact information. He then asked what date and I told him and was rudely told he's booked. Very very rude individual. I have 2 businesses and I would never talk to a potential customer the way he talked to me.I would assume it was the owner or the person named Andy. I would never recommend this business. Maybe the food is good, but how can you enjoy it with an atmosphere that is controlled by a person with this guy's attitude.

I started with the brisket, which was very good. With a side of the apple pie beans that had a perfect sweet apple pie flavor, that was terrific. I also ordered the ribs that we not fall of the bone tender but had very little fat, great flavor, and were smoked with a hint of bark forming. I got the zesty beans with brisket and a pulled pork sandwich to go.The house BBQ sauce is fantastic.Next time, I will have the Chipotle chicken wrap with mac and cheese.The owner was curt and to the point when asked a question. The lady preparing the food was polite and fast with the food and any help that was needed.A small place with 2 tables inside and an outdoor tent to eat at. There were 2 bar tables but had paper work on from the owner

Owner Andy was unpleasant, judging by previous reviews it makes sense. Definitely has an aggressive personality. In a customer first experience market this guy could care less about manners. Wouldn't recommend it. I'm sure they have a hard time hiring. Meat was kind of dry, smothered it in sauce.

Stopped here back in 2021 with my mother who asked to use the restroom before we ordered. The owner had a rude response, he didn’t even greet us, then proceeded to walk in back. Granted the place was empty. His ex wife came to the front, greeted us and asked how she could be of service, gave us recommendations, and we ate outside. Bbq was mediocre the sides were better.Andy: Doesn’t matter when it occurred. Kindness never goes out of style. Your answer definitely shows your character. Glad I can warn people the type of person they are supporting.
