Ordered a shake through the App at 6:50pm on 2/14. Went to drive thru and told to pull up. Pulled up and was told the “shake machine is down” so we tried to cancel the order in the App and the app tells you to call the store. Well the people working had no idea how to cancel the order. They said they would leave a note for Management. I called the next morning 2/15 and no note was left and the manager said he would refund me the order. Cousins Subs is located inside a gas station, which some may find odd. Despite the location, the subs are tasty and satisfying. The staff, like Dallas, are welcoming and make delicious sandwiches even close to closing time. However, service can be slow at times, like when helping an elderly man with coupons.
