The English muffin was hard to it it was rubbery and had no taste. I had a sourdough sandwich was also bad the cheese wasn't melted the egg was cold and the bread was old. The hasbrowns were full of grease and nasty. Won't be back for breakfast sandwiches.

Regardless how busy they are they are always super efficient and have good customer service. Always get my order correct and my food is always hot and coffee nice and cold! Great job even when your a 2 man crew!

I was hesitant to post us, but they’re always out of donuts. No matter what time you come by on which day of the week they’re always out of donuts. I don’t know how a doughnut store can run out of donuts.

I recently stopped at the Hartford Dunkin’ to grab donuts and coffee for a meeting, and I was so impressed with the service! I wasn’t sure how much to order for 12 people, but the cashier, Emily, kindly walked me through her recommendation with a great attitude.
It didn’t stop there—she went to the back to help prepare my order, and while waiting I overheard her training a new team member. She explained exactly how to put together a box of coffee and what to include in the bag. She mentioned they normally provide cups and fixings for 10, but since she knew my order was for 12, she added the extra two without me even asking.
It may seem like a small detail, but those little things make a huge difference. Kudos to Emily and the entire Hartford Dunkin’ team for going above and beyond. I left impressed and grateful for the extra effort!

The dunkin donuts on route thirty one in mchenry is horrible... Take too long way too long and screw up waters on top of it. They seriously need to hire more help.. I don't go there anymore.

I thought I'd try the new 6 dollar breakfast deal. Big mistake. The coffee I had tasted like a regular black coffee, even with 3 pumps of syrup and 3 cream. The hash brown rounds were soggy and had a tasted like they had deep fryer cleaner, or something in them that wasnt supposed to be. The croissant tasted of lower quality than a frozen jimmy deans one you get from the store. Highly disappointed.
I asked for brown sugar shaken espresso. Made bitter & left way too much room which tells me they forgot the oat milk. Go to apply my rewards it takes it off the app but they still make me pay. Bad drinks & service there.

I ordered 50 munchkins and even though there were trays full of numerous kinds, I had to get 25. Then I said I wanted mostly glazed and a few chocolate but I ended up with some blueberry(??), chocolate, and glazed. We don't like blueberry at all. Instead of $12.99 for 50 I was charged $7.49 for 25. I guess they found a way to charge more. On top of it all the girl working was rude and shouldn't be working at the counter. Worse experience ever at Duncan donuts.
