I thought I'd try the new 6 dollar breakfast deal. Big mistake. The coffee I had tasted like a regular black coffee, even with 3 pumps of syrup and 3 cream. The hash brown rounds were soggy and had a tasted like they had deep fryer cleaner, or something in them that wasnt supposed to be. The croissant tasted of lower quality than a frozen jimmy deans one you get from the store. Highly disappointed.

I asked for brown sugar shaken espresso. Made bitter & left way too much room which tells me they forgot the oat milk. Go to apply my rewards it takes it off the app but they still make me pay. Bad drinks & service there.

I ordered 50 munchkins and even though there were trays full of numerous kinds, I had to get 25. Then I said I wanted mostly glazed and a few chocolate but I ended up with some blueberry(??), chocolate, and glazed. We don't like blueberry at all. Instead of $12.99 for 50 I was charged $7.49 for 25. I guess they found a way to charge more. On top of it all the girl working was rude and shouldn't be working at the counter. Worse experience ever at Duncan donuts.

I was here around 12pm on 9/19/24! Woman in drive thru was super nice! Made me 2 toasted coconut donuts in around 5 minutes! As a new englander who has not had this donut in a long time, you made very happy! Thank you! :)

Now after going to other locations I remember why I avoid this one. Order #4793 an ice coffee minimally took 15min . If you are getting anything from this location go through the drive-thru. Absolutely ridiculous gonna serve 5 drive-thru customers to one one walkin. As people stand around doing nothing.
This place never has donuts when I go if the name of your business is Dunkin’ Donuts you SHOULD have donuts. Not just for an hour out of the day and you just don’t have anymore.

Went in for breakfast this morning. Ordered a medium butter pecan iced coffee and a chicken roasted pepper wrap. Both were delightful and above expectations! The staff was very kind and quick! Definitely will be going back in the near future!!
